"Sensory overload" is a common reaction to Collier. He is the greatest musical mind humanity has produced to date, he makes Mozart sound like children's music. Nice glasses, btw! Those frames really suite you.

The two major collaborators with JC on this song is Take 6 (the vocal group) and the Metropole Orkest (the instrumental group). The way he was able to do this is because he was ‘discovered ‘ by producer Quincy Jones, and has since won several grammy’s as well as nominated for several more. He does his own arrangements, plays multiple instruments, has self produced many of his videos, has a 3+ octave vocal range AND has perfect pitch. You would be very hard-pressed to find a more talented individual walking this planet.

Wonderful reaction. He arranged and scored the whole thing in six hours the day before he was with the orchestra.

A tiny quibble: he scored the *Orchestra* in six hours the night before he flew to record with them. Take 6, The Aeolians of Oakwood University, Hamid El Kasri and his band were separate, On his Logic session breakdown, he said the whole thing took a year, including making the video. Best Wishes. ☮

@@gbulmer As I understand it, they only decided that day to do All Night Long, so for him to score the orchestra piece, he must have worked out the whole arrangement, at least in his head, otherwise the jigsaw pieces would never have fit together.

@@DavidTYork You wrote _"He arranged and scored _*_the whole thing_*_ in six hours ..."_ However, he says he only scored the orchestra in those 6 hours, not *_"the whole thing"_* as you wrote. Take 6, The Aeolians of Oakwood University, Hamid El Kasri and his band, (and other embellishments) were _separate and _*_later_* In his 'Logic video' he explains playing to The Aeolians, and they sang 'a nine part harmony' back to him. I can't remember how Take6's part was created. He says he decided the *_night_* before the flight, and worked over night to write the orchestral score. Hence the 6 hours. He took his flight in the morning to reach the recording studio in The Netherlands. He'd created the orchestral parts by playing them on a midi keyboard. From that, he had 'draft' scores, but the actual scores were created by Vladimir Nikolov from the midi-recorded parts. I did write it was a small quibble. 😀 Best Wishes. ☮

You can really feel his passion for music in this song. He doesn't shy away. And that's shown the way this song was made, so much collaboration and so many rich voices. Thank you for making this lovely video :3 *nvm, you're transphobic :(
