My favorite!

One of the smoothest, most soulful voices in music. His voice is like velvet and is as smooth as silk one of my favorite vocal artists. He was fabulous with the Doobie Brothers, and his solo work was filled with the rich vocals I had loved so much in the Doobie Brother's China Grove, and Taking It to the Streets. Great song choice.

This guy live is beyond words, I saw him supporting Tina Turner and I can rememeber nothing about what she sang. His voice is so rich. It took the crowd about 2 songs to start dancing because the effect was spiritual.

Michael McDonald - classic. This came out when I was middle school age (we used to call it junior high) and for a while (before cable and MTV), I thought he was African American. When I found he was white, I was surprised. "That dude is white?" lol So smoooth. He was once part of the great group The Doobie Brothers. Oh PLEASE if you haven't reacted to them, you will LOVE them. You'll hear Michael McDonald's voice in their "Takin' it to the Streets" and "What a Fool Believes" and their "Black Water' is so Americana. You will NOT be disappointed. Great reaction guys!

One of my absolute favorite lead singers. No mistaking his unique voice. This is my fave song of his. I miss him on the radio. Saw him at Red Rocks, CO amphitheater. He always sings with his eyes closed. He's legend. No one like him.....

Michael is one of my most loved artists ever. His way of expressing the deepest feelings about love & it´s hardship is tremendous. The voice is tuned with the beating of my broken heart since decades ago. Max

On this track are a lot of the guys from the Thriller album. Greg Phillinganes on keys (alongside McDonald himself), Louis Johnson on bass, and Toto's Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro (RIP) on guitar and drums respectively. Michael McDonald's sister is the female vocalist here.

LOL I hate to say it, but the twins must not have ever been in love like that before. Being in love with someone so hard that when you two have broken you keep thinking you should still be in love with them. That's why he's having that memory lose LOL LOL

Michael McDonald has a KILLER voice! His power, range, those breathy falsettos, etc. etc. He's just a beast!
