Sorry to have missed you!! I went out Saturday and Sunday, you’re right not many targets so when a tone came it it was sweet music to my ears! I found my first RITS ring in the scoop and a charm and some clad. A glass bobble from New Jersey. Anyways always glad to get out and always glad to watch your videos as well! I did try to do a video but was way too windy. Thanks for sharing!

I hate I missed you! I parked in Atlantic Beach, then walked west. The targets were mostly in the wet low tide sand for me. Glad you got some "stuff"! Happy Hunting

Hey Basia, great video and thanks again for the sub. Wow, that sea looks very rough and that fog is crazy!? The NC coast looks beautiful and very productive for treasures it seems. Well done on the ring but what a shame about the Pelicans!! The thing at 6:50 is a key ring clip, I think anyway. Great first hunt for 2018. Hi Deano, the Atlantic ocean can be pretty rough at times. Daily high tides drop off many targets on the beach, along with erosion of the beach. Bad storms bring in even more. I really enjoy getting out there with my detector and walk for miles! Spring is next week so your snow may be the last one for this winter! Have a great day & Happy Hunting when you get out there! Thank you Sinisha. It is easy to lose track of time detecting (as you know) but for me on this beach very easy to do! You are welcome to come on down to my beach anytime! As far as the views, the first million came in last year in Feb, now the second one on Jan 6.

Hi Joe, there were quite a few pelican washed out along with wood debris. Not many targets on the beach not just for me but for others detecting as well!

I never realized that the ocean would be rough enough to kill a Pelican let alone several. I think I saw one of the Porpoises or Dolphins fin in thee after when you showed it. I would have thought it was a big shark if you hadn’t said what they were. I still would have been to scared to get in the water after seeing the fin even if the water was Calm and Warm. lol 😂 - Christie

Congratulations, the Item you couldn't identify looks to be part of a large claw clasp. I am a jewellery maker and I use small claw clasps for my necklaces and bracelets, I use large clasps for keyrings. Happy hunting.

Very few people out so no fear, I feel petty safe out there. I never had any issues and I am always aware of my surroundings. I am hoping for some cool treasures this year! Stay warm there in cold Kentucky!

yes i do but its off season here for torist and the weather has been bad,, by monday its suposed to be back into 80s here, and soon we will daytona race week, then bike week right after then spring break, in about three more weeks it all starts,, here even tho its not officaily spring we start getting spring weather about middle of febuary,, then its all out detecting,, oh you mean parks and places?? my city is real strick about there parks,, most are historical sights

Thank you Christie! The low tide sand is dark and "griddy" and harder to dig. Yes, those shells washed out in the low tide so I grabbed them.

You may have enough views ..... I looked at your video page and seen that you have views surpassing 145,000 on your fidget spinner video .... I'd give my right arm to know how you accomplished that ...... With all of my 12 hours per day supporting others and coming up with the most viral potential songs, I never have 1 that outperform's the rest ..... 1000 views average ..... No video that just topple's the rest ...... Yeah, I've been hit after 7 years of this BS.

I had heard about the changes YT is making in Feb. I have several videos that have done really well. One is delivery and set up of a large shed (go figure), over 1 million views. Then I have the lighted balls video, DIY, way over $125K, then that fidget spinner 145K and there's several others 20-40K views. I checked my annual view hrs and it shows at 90K hrs for 2017. I guess they will leave me alone for now.

Hi Valerie, no these 5 were happily swimming behind that wave. They come by two times per day, you can just about set your watch by them!
