Finn ripping my heart out and stomping on it for 5 minutes straight

Ойын-сауық

! Remember this has SPOILERS ! This episode came out on May 20th so it hasn't been out SUPER long. Regardless, I wanted to make a cute montage because it was suuuuch a good episode. I excluded so many amazing scenes I really recommend going and watching the full thing online :) You can find it on HBO Max!

Thats why I stopped watching the shows all together. Finn got the most trauma, didnt grow at all and becomes more of a emotional punching bag during the shows. Got some growth here and there but it was immedietly discarded in the next episode. His life without Jake became meaningless and he couldnt wait to join him in death. In Fionna and Cake that trend continues. Na, Im out.

I love the respect in distance Jermaine and his two brothers have. Jermaine loves Jake and Finn equally, but the way he loves and the way they love aren’t incredibly compatible, so they love each other from a distance, in a very healthy, wholesome way. I love the way this show tackles the suuuuuper complex family dynamics that it does, from the dilemma an adopted child has of seeing their estranged parents, to autism and mental illnesses/disorders, to death, forgetting, moving on, and choosing new family. The way it presents unconventional family systems is fucking brilliant, and I hope it’s helped more people than just be become more comfortable with disturbing the norm when it comes to your tribe.

Jake was up in the dead worlds for upwards of 70 years, there’s a lot of evidence he died not long after the main series ended. Ie; in the flashback Jake and Finn are still young, Finn appears young in the dead worlds while looking for Jake because ‘it’s recognizable’ presumably to Jake ofc. And lastly spoilers for the new series but by the time Finn is an adult (looks to be ~20-30?) Jake is already dead. It really adds a new layer to what Finn went through, saying he was really just waiting to die so he could see Jake again. It also shows why Jake kind of forgot about Finn (although it could have been he was just in a state of pure peace in the fiftieth), it was because he hasn’t seen Finn in 70 years. It’s like asking a at that point a 90 year old person who their childhood friend was, his memory would of course be a little rusty.

I don’t think you should insult the music. I think CN has worked very hard on this and millions of people worked to create this music, every note had to go through approval and probably many rounds of committee. I think the music is great. I don’t know about you but I like the music, and since AI, or Attificial Intelligence for the layman or layboy, is going to erase art tomorrow, I think you should species, what we already have that is not corrupted by AI. AI. Did yount know that many kinds of AI are used to make drinks in Korea? It’s true, while, researching Korea and being in Korea I have learned this. The Koreans had invented a kind of drink called a mocktail which is like a cocktail but without water. Water and oil can repel each other, this is hydrophobia. But, hlmophobia is separate, and my dad was homophonic until I dropped him in a well and he couldn’t breathe for an hour, but he was okay because he is magic, but magic people, shouldn’t be homophonic because they have too much power, and could go around casting curses like Und!ck People. Thank you ❤❤ Have a good day Sam

Honestly, I think Death wouldn't be as bad if we knew exactly what was going to happen. Like if it is like Adventure Time or if there is nothing. Which makes it a bit sweeter than Finn was just waiting to die to see his brother again. But also a bit sad to consider that the person you are constantly reborn with isn't with you.

The fact that Finn is using his OG series' finale appearance in his search due to it being recognizable for Jake is also pretty depressing imo, because that probably means that this is the way Finn looked like when Jake saw him the last time, so that means they were only able to stay together after the OG's finale for around 3 years or so when Finn were at least at his 20s

Adventure Time is one of my top 2 favorite shows of all time. It's not just the best CN shows of all time, its thr the best show/cartoon in general. I grew up with Adventure Time. I was 6 when it aired and 14 when it ended and 16/17 for Distant Lands. I miss Adventure Time so much. I still rewatch Adventure Time from time to time though. I also miss Finn and Jake. Hopefully Finn and Jake will make appearances in the next spin off series with Fiona and Cake and maybe even meet Fiona and Cake too.
