What’s your opinion on the Akrapovic exhaust? I have it on my 992 GT3 and super happy with it. Beautifully made and the dial in the sound in a dedicated dyno room full of microphones to avoid drones

I've always been a sucker for the fit an finish of Akra exhaust. The problem with them I've found is they are almost alway a simple replica of the factory exhaust. Combine that with the way titanium sounds, I always end up disliking them. They are almost always to weak and thin sound and never make power. For the GT3 platform, Akra would be one of the very last exhaust I would consider.
My neighbors will hate me after I win this beast!

From what i can judge online i always think the IPE system sounds the best on the 991.1 GT3. obviously online isn't the same as hearing something in real life and i'm having a hard time deciding wether i want to do the sharkworks center or go full system. So far mine still has the original exhaust :/

That exhaust is the epitome of shiny pipes welded together. All show, no go marketing at it's finest. iPE, Armytrix, Fi, and about 15 other brands that come from the same factory are all the same junk.

Did you ever try a Kline Innovation exhaust system? I believe Kline supply exhausts to modern RUF cars. I have one on a 997TTS and sounds amazing…imo

I haven't. They didn't have anything for the car at the time and no one was importing them.

Yes good company. I have one on my 996tts sounds very good on WOT. Need to decide what to put on my new to me 997.1 GT3

not a single one of the people on youtube who "giveaway" cars make the winner pay shipping lol, they either fly them in and let them drive it home or ship it. I'd drive the car home personally, it'd be a hell of an experience.
