I just feel like I'm lying when I say I'm talented or smart etc... Like I can understand that I should stop comparing myself to the people, especially women, who are smart-er and more talented and prettier, but to say that I'm already just as smart and talented or to believe that I could ever be prettier?

I totally get this. I've been caught in this comparison loop as well! The way I think about it is, there is enough room for all of us to be great, for all of us to be smart, and for ALL of us to be talented. There's no shortage of that! Someone else's talent or beauty doesn't take away from ours. You are more than enough, I promise you. 🤎🤎🤎
