Although I am a Pakistani, but I have to say, very bad umpiring by the umpires.

I watched this match live on TV at friend's home. We still discuss this whenever we meet. Pakistani brawlers just aiming the legs and umpires were ready to up the finger with an appeal. Most common way of Pakistan to win with the help of umpires in those days. Parore played well in that series for Newziland.

Oh man this Pakistan team through the 90s was quite something! The same year, they staged a couple of unbelievable comebacks with the ball in tournament finals - the other being against Sri Lanka in Singapore earlier that year! And to think that they had arguably their best batting line up ever to go with an all conditions bowling group makes for a truly incredible cricket team capable of doing incredible things!

The umpiring was horrendous. But don't forget they haven't given clear LBW also which was not included in the highlights. But this was very common before DRS introduced.

Read some cricket history, bro. India has the biggest bookies market. Don't put your faith in any of these things. Geny most players in history were cheaters and they admitted that on camera or they caught red handed on camera. Even Dravid and Sachin were caught red handed and they could not deny that. Even in South Africa, England, Australia and India many players were fixing matches for 💰.
