These Cloister Trials are incredibly annoying. Having to go back and fourth just to get the right orb in the right spot is such a bitch. Thank God for guides.

I beat this game so many times back in the day lol. It was the last game i got before i got my first job. Remember when your parents bought you a game and you played it a bunch because you were lucky to get a handful of games a year? Good times!

yes! same haha. And I remember the gameboy in the car at night. You could only play every 3 seconds when the car drove past street light lamps ^^ Kids these days will never know the struggle xD

The Macalania one is fucking aweful, back then there’s no youtube and when I’m too small to get any book guides , I solve it by asking my friends then I step on the reset sphere thingy. I mean now is not much of an issue but it was kinda big brain for me at that time , anyways thank you for your guide ! Heh.

Thank God for save states on the PS2 emulator because that Bevelle Temple with the moving platforms was making me insane because I wasn't sure how exactly to control the platforms at first, like whether you were simply supposed to press X when the arrows were facing the direction you wanted to go or if you had to use the D-pad while pressing X or what lol.

To get Anima we just do all the special stones in every trial?

In my opinion most of them are tolerable, it's just the bevelle trial that feels like it's actively wasting your time. The other ones are a little bloated by animations and pauses but bevelle is another level entirely, with the possibility of arrow RNG screwing you over on top

I’m at the bevelle one and I’m SO FUCKING CONFUSED. I want to throw my controller at my TV and burn it because this puzzle is BULLSHIT. Context, I have a disability that means I have an extremely poor memory and 0 sense of direction I’m really not kidding when I say ZERO. I’ve loved the game so far and really want to finish it but I’m confused beyond all belief and I don’t think I can finish this even with the tutorial. Also I’m not actually going to break anything, I’m not that stupid but I think you understand why I want to fucking scream
