  The enemy-only summons Midgardsormr is also really cool. Basically a green version of Salamander. Several rom hacks allow it, or you can use FFT Patcher to do it yourself. Very easy.   Here’s my head canon design for how the characters should look for the PS5/PS6/PS7 remake Dart: looks basically the same as his original counterpart. Rose: looks basically the same as she did in the original. But she can dual wield two rapiers instead of one Lavitz: his armor should be green with a forest theme. Albert: his armor should be more king like with a nature theme as well. Shana: should be a have more of an archer themed look to her with some leather armor. Miranda: should be a cross between an archer and a priest Haschel: should be wear a purple monk rob Kongol: design should be the same. But he should have horns on his head and he should wear a furred cape Meru: should dress more like a cross between a dancer and a mage. She should also have pointy ears and carrying a staff instead of a hammer. Lloyd: design is still the same, but he has pointy ears and he’s also a guest playable character during the Vellweb level. Speaking of guest characters Hellena prison: Dart’s trainer Shrine or Shirley: a Miniatos explorer using daggers Capital of Sandora: that knight guy from the opening cinematic Home of the Gigantos: the big knight guy from Tiberoa with a lance Twins Castle: Princess Emille and her sister as they use magic Vellweb: Lloyd Agilis: Savan using his magic attacks

  It remind me the idea of a Wizard/Mage that say "Magic isn't just for function, it's also a display of one greatness" and the reason of why in DnD type world setting that Mage are prideful Nowadays Magic animation in game rather mediocre. I miss the purposely exaggerated animation of Magic in FF old era

  Thank you so much for this tutorial! Although it didnt exactly go as planned in my part. Resetted 2 times. And in my 3rd try after Wakka rejoins, Graav would go all the way through the back of our goalie many times though fortunately i forgot the name has higher endurance, and I would repeat on dribbling each time he comes for until the end.

  In the original ps1 version, Rose Voice is different when she transforms. Its more of a painful growl rather than this "hmmmm" and i cant find any videos of it!

  Pro tips: the circle around you is also the vicinity of where they connect to you. To have a free pass or shot they have to be out of the ⭕️ circle around your triangle on the map. Use this to position and pass safely. If two or more enter your circle you will generally be stuck. Always keep it moving. Another thing not mentioned is don’t switch coverage types. Just keep it on manual A and normal coverage. This confused me initially the most and is not mentioned often. And finally make sure to exploit the enemy bottom two. They are much weaker. Esspecially the dark skin one Babu or whatever his name is can be brushed off if he’s alone. Jassu can pass well but the key is to get the ball to Jassu, break Babu, then go towards the final bottom guy and feint back to pull him closer and off tidus so he has a clean circle. Then break and pass to tidus or pass if you faked hard enough and try to have that be the main attack plan. The guys at the top of the field are the stars on their side while the bottom two are exploitable.

  I think we only saw these awesome quotes in the ps1 version... I also have the psp and android versions. They introduced cool cutscenes, but dumbed down the game.

  I can't recommend this method. You gotta have Wakka Venom Shotting but have Bickson catch it and have the Goers still lose.

  Congrats but it helps that Nimrook doesnt have super goalie or grip gloves even. that eats up time. The fact u got 17 with the level the other team was and that Nimrook had super goalie is more impressive then the 20. no offense bud.

  So, one of the Divine Dragon spells is written as Divine Dragon Ball, and yet Dart's English voice actor says "Divine Dragon Egg". Just when I think this game's localization couldn't be any worse, I find this out. Jesus Christ Sony... <smh>

  The fact that Shana and Miranda (so annoying yuk yuk) dont have additions I have been wondering about... I think they did that on purpose to give people who dont like additions an option to play without them, Using Shana and items instead of additions and dragoon form, might be a valid option. I may try it one day, bogged down with other games RN

  Sometimes you will get unlucky and the Goers will just score at will on you without there being anything you could have done to stop it. I’d Reset and try again if that happens.

  You had to be a summoner.. get HIT WITH IT, survive, and win the fight in the dark dungeon last boss. :)

  It's best to artificially decrease your chosen summoner's faith, even if that's counterproductive to their efficiency as a summoner, but it'll up their chances of surviving. You can pull this off with an orator/mediator. Once you have the summon, you can use the same process in reverse to raise their faith back up.
