Data protection is my job…if you want to use the correct terminology 1. The person you are filming says they do not consent and you’re breaking the law blah blah. Response = this filming falls outside of current data protection law as it is considered to be for “domestic purpose” Or 2. If they’re on the street or your drive tell them “there can be no expectation of privacy in a public area, and the filming is *quote point 1 above” Or 3. Tell em to man up or fook off

In fact you can film anywhere thats public its called PINAC ie Public Photogtraphy Is Not A Crime and if this wasnt the case, every council, Supermarket etc in UK would be in court but yes, its always best to film these goons . In my case i have installed CCTV.

Not entirely correct. Supermarkets, shopping centres, police stations, factories, offices, in fact any privately owned premises etc even though they are open to the public they can film you because it's private property which is allowed but the public can be told not to film there. Outside in public places anyone is allowed to film hence why security cameras are everywhere in towns and cities

@@alantheloneranger I beg to differ as this has been fought and won time and time again and the precedent has been set under the terms of everybody being equal under law and i advise you to check this out via YT wich is full of vids on the subject . These vids can also be used as evidence in courts and as long as you are in a public place, you are entitled to film, what you see, what you cant do is to enter private property, but you are entitled to film from where you are ie, a public footpath perhaps......Also police film us whenever they suspect a crime whether outside or not and under the same law we can do the same and indeed every police station in UK has been sent a memo to that effect , as can be proven if you see AUDITING BRITAIN ie AB on YT or PINACI NEWS.

@@chrisrainbow2393 I'm subscribed to auditing britain and I've watched many KZread videos. Privately owned places that are open to the public such as supermarkets and shopping malls have every right to stop you filming but they can still film you with cctv because it's private property. Outside in public anyone can film anyone. I'm also subscribed to blackbelt barrister, he will explain the laws

@@alantheloneranger I dont exactly understand the laws you appear to be quoting, are they Court de jure or Court de Facto and as the two cant be mixed, which are the ones you are quoting and how can they be applied here ?

@@chrisrainbow2393 I don't understand where you are coming from. I'm replying to your first comment about being entitled to film anywhere in public because supermarkets and councils would be in court if it wasn't allowed. Any private property or home can have cctv installed and you can film anyone who comes to your door because they are on your property. You can also film anywhere in public because people in a public place have no right to privacy. Regarding supermarkets and shops etc, they can film you because it's a privately owned place so therefore they can film anyone on their property but, although it's open to the public, they can stop any member of the public from filming there. So it was a relpy to your first comment about being able to film in supermarkets because they are filming you.
Loving the tash fluff 😂
could stop laughing the Licence Inspector looks like george micheal yes ive been bad doctor wont you do to me what you can
Tee hee. 👍🤗
@0:04 Mr Funt would get the door slammed in his face!
Lol. 👍
Hello Mr funt 😂
Thank you !!!!!!
You failed from the start. Should have just shut the door lol
Hmmmm the High Court judgment against doorbell cameras may also cover all types of filming
What is the point of a TV Licence inspection? How can they prove that you watch live TV?
That's answered my question. I don't normally record people when I answer the phone. Sorry who are you again? I'd hate to be stitched up.
I like it. mr funt sarcasm it just funny
Is Mr. Funt's first name Cucking by any chance?
Not sure if the law is going to change on filming in public, I read a couple of days ago about a couple what's been found guilty of harassment by having one of those ring video door bells "Man may have to pay £100,000 to neighbour as Ring doorbell 'invades her privacy' Dr Mary Fairhurst told Oxford County Court how she felt harassed by her neighbour Jon Woodard after he set up four Amazon Ring doorbell devices around his property to deter car thieves A judge has found that Jon Woodard's use of his front door camera breaches the privacy of Doctor Mary Fairhurst, his neighbour A judge has found that Jon Woodard's use of his front door camera breaches the privacy of Doctor Mary Fairhurst, his neighbour By Ryan Fahey 15:54, 13 Oct 2021UPDATED18:54, 13 Oct 2021 A doctor is set to be awarded up to £100,000 after a judge ruled her neighbour's smart doorbell camera breaches her privacy. @Peter I get what your saying it's not illegal to film in public but a judge has ruled on someone's video doorbell that it has invaded someone's privacy.And they'll probably get a fat payout.
Nice moustache
Try telling that to the couple a judge has told that they need to pay a £100,000 compensation to their doctor neighbour, whom gets caught on their camera door bell.

Can you do video walking through how to handle goon showing up at door with police and warrant. Is the warrant valid as based on legal act not common law. Police there to stop breech of peace. Do you have to let them in
@yorkshirepud6676
2 жыл бұрын
Yes if the police man has a warrant to enter you do.... I would say as they look around yes I have a TV but do not use it to watch live TV or record Live TV on Iplayer to watch at a later time, would you like a cup of tea officer ? The thing is be polite and do not go into too much detail, if the officer or goon is asking questions (a lot) ask the officer if you are under arrest ?? if so you would like a solicitor to be present, then before saying anything more go through your solicitors first (whisper to him or talk in private) The fewer words you say to the goon the less will be said in court to implicate you.
@eddie116

Its not the police who have sworn out the warrant. They are only there to make sure both parties dont cause a breach of the peace.
