As always - I love your processes - probably because you’re always one step ahead in where I want to go next ( making my research list to move fully into a personal rings as I’m watching your video). Found the same thing; love digital but paper for work. Keep staying one step ahead!

Love the mood board idea! I usually just journal and create a list of what I need, but this is so much better and including color is just so cool! I just try and eye ball everything. Thank you for this.

Thank you so much for this insight! I literally did this recently because I realized none of my systems had worked. It's a combination of copying other people's planner setups who seem to have it together/have pretty planners and trying to fit my way of thinking into pre-set up planners. I realized I needed to ask myself what I actually needed and then work my way out from there. Your presentation is waaaay more elegant than my process but it's cool to see someone thinking this deeply about how to set up their system!!

Have you ever considered using a goal-focused planner? I just purchased the Makselife planner after trying out the 2023 for the past month and I think that's what I've been needing... a system that kept me me focused on goals every week. I purchased the 2024 planner they just launched and I'm so excited to use it for a whole year! :)

To be honest I’ve never been a big goal planner in the past! But I am really seeing the value of it recently and have definitely be thinking about it! I got some Franklin covey goal planning sheets and have been considering using those next year!

I preordered a TN standard compact common planner wanting to switch back to paper from digital. And in the months since July when the pre-order happened, my system has completely evolved away from the TN Compact being able to work for me. 😒 I think I’m gonna try to sell it, but I’ve spent HOURS thinking through what my best system could be without spending so much money and it’s rough!

Ugh annoying to have to sell but better I guess than starting in it and then changing in a month!! I do think planning is the funnest part right?!

Hi. I'm coming out of a Moterm personal and going into the Moterm Travelers companion notebook with a weekly planner and 6 inserts. I liked the personal, but it can't hold a lot and for me stays with one aesthetic. The Travelers offers more freedom because of the many notebooks they can hold and are much more easy to navigate. In conclusion, I will be using both🤣🤣🤣

Oooooh, okay! Now I feel I want to try this out too & the Moodboard was so cool to see & also the droplet thing to be able to get hex codes from the photos!! 😀 I’ve actually been saving different stuff on Pinterest with colour palettes of colours I like that has hex codes written beside the colours too. Do you have a subscription of the Milanote or the free version? I’d really appreciate if you’d write down those instagram accounts you talked about in the video too since I want to check them out a bit more ☺️ Thank you for sharing your process!

I'm trying a nolty listy1 6501 this year as a work planner. It's a A5 slim with a vertical layout. Hopefully it works. I tried searching for their horizontal layout (listy2 6592) that looks just like the hobo weeks just bigger, - couldn't find it anywhere.

I totally get the digital dilemma with planners... I've found the Remarkable 2 with an Etsy planner has been a good compromise. Especially given the pdf file works on the iOS and MacOS apps. Thanks for making the videos!

Sounds like you’re and A6 rings girl. It’s bigger than a pocket smaller than a personal fits in most purses and then And then it sounds like maybe you could journal on your iPad. You could use voice text for journaling where you wouldn’t have to write, but then you could add pictures and so forth as you see fit that way you don’t have to write, but you still get the benefit of doing the journaling and having the pictures and doing the look back. I’m also a Franklin cubby girl. I love my Franklin covey pockets which is also an a6 you get some great vintage ones on eBay and so forth and and they just they’re just magical so sounds to me like you’re really an a6 girl. With a little digital planning on the side so Franklin covey you know the compact fits personal but the pocket fits a6 so hope that helps
