most people who use hobonichi weeks dont actually use it for planning. most use it for journaling. i love to journal but im actually too lazy to do it but journaling in the weeks makes it possible because of its size. but i do agree that the price is a bit off putting.

What did you have your blade set to? For some reason our blade kept cutting too deep or not deep enough and we got annoyed and haven’t touched the cricut in a year lol

8:00 the hobonichi websites recommends the weeks for memory keeping- I believe the biggest confusion in the planner community is using planners to plan vs selfcare journaling/logging - one requires the left brain and the other right brain or creative vs functional 🤓 so people looking for a functional planner tend to need structure with minimal decoration whereas the journaling youtubers need the lack of structure- if you have a job with tons of clients meetings, information will get lost in the noise- on the other side, no one wants a dull planner to journal

I had no problem buying a A5 paper puncher that I purchased at my local craft store so they are around but not on Amazon . I paid $25.00 for mine on sale the retail price goes for $40.00 so I was happy that I saved a little .

I own that Fiskars paper trimmer and it’s brilliant - but I wish the ‘guide wire’ was red so you can see it more clearly. When you trim printed pages you lose the guide line and have to open the flap to find it again. Just my feedback. You’re SO right about the Holborn planners: I always buy pre-loved because the quality of the leather is much better.

It's gorgeous. You are right, I don't quite understand why people don't demo her planners more often. Maybe because it doesn't have a backpocket? I hate them in any case. I love that her pebble is nicely grainy. I had the C&P foundation in black in mind for a personal ring next but might get this brand instead. Good to knwo about the strap and 2 pen loops! I do love she also has an A6 ring size, she seems to be the only one doing that. The only criticism I have about her models is the choice of neutral colours is meh to my personal taste. PS: I haven't seen you in my feed in ages, thought you stopped YT! Maybe am subscribed to too many channels and missed them.
