Also virtually living in my dressing gown once again and the woolly hats are back!!! Sooooo proud of you for making it back to Uni!!! CONGRATULATIONS FI,!!!!! You've pushed yourself so hard and worked on your Ed and mh health alongside improving your physical health in order to do this which shows SUCH determination. A year ago I would never have thought you would be at this point as I'm sure at times you didn't. Not because I doubted you, just because of such a hard battle it is!!!! It's bound to be overwhelming at first but at least this time you have the knowledge about the pitfalls such as perfectionism and overworking yourself. No it doesn’t. My autism brain needs familiarity and routine. We’re using the strengths of my autism to help me. So ensuring I have enough food, but there is less pressure for variety. I’ve never eaten a huge variety of food so its not an expected outcome. I have had some different dinners, it just suits me and my recovery well to have the same consistent (and enough) meal. But yes, just the other day I had a pizza so! Thankyou xxx
