My Edmond is np2 10/10/10 second append skill level 10 2k/2k lvl 100 but I don't have my own Skadi. Do you think I can fill this gap with Castoria/Waver/Koyanskaya/Oberon or the lack of quick atk buff prevents 3T with Black Grail?

Yeah you can do that Dantes now is extremely forgiving. I'd suggest using Paracelsus for the missing skadi and Oberon for the switcher

skadi gets a rateup this christmas and ruler skadi comes next summer so if you want you can save up quartz to get her

Normal Skadi has a rerun this year with the Road to Lostbelt 7 in March and Summer Skadi also appears this year.

any 50% charger can... Oberon just gives extra damage on T3
