I think he is the third highest neutral damage even against debuff immune enemies when you consider supports.

Genuinely asking, it's surprising that a new servant could get lvl 120. Is this NPC or player's servant? Because I just started leveling a servant from lvl 100 and its very agonizing just to get one level up. I wonder about the effectivity of keeping/farming the exp card

Player's. Some player'll keep insane amount of 5* exp card, just in case there's new servant that they instantly love and willing to grail so they can lv.120 them quickly

Have another account stopped at this fight in final singularity and keep cooking, you have to quit at the end of the quest to keep it tho

Quit app before the reward screen shows up. Then choose to quit the fight when restart and you can "replay" unreplayable quests
