Hello my lovely viewers it is time to introduce another hobby on my channel, this been said I love to be active, I love fencing.
Here is a short agility ladder drills great for fencing training with kids, adults and professional fencers.
You have to adjust the speed, number of hurdles and cones and the reps for any level.
I like to do it 2 sets ( 1 set is one repetition) per exercises.
Feel free and adjust it to your needs.
Incorporate it in to your warm up routine and you will see great flow in your fencing footwork, light legs moving on the piste, balance and stability.
