Her technique is not correct. Hands should be 90 degrees (like you keep on table) and head and back should straight. Secondly, (Ground cone touch)we have to bend the knee (closer to cone) and have to stretch the other leg in slanted position. While changing direction-- you have push up from knee for quicker movement. Many others techniques had flaws.
