If I don't have the energy to cut an onion, I sure af do Not have the energy to mince garlic..or all the rest. This is not simple quick. No energy means NO energy, as in cannot stand up let along use knives and hot oil. I have Multiple Sclerosis and actually thought I found a simple recipe. This is so much more than "cutting an onion" 😢

Edit: this is what I found online, "To reduce this risk of botulism, the garlic in oil mixture should be refrigerated and used within two to three days. Garlic-in-oil should always be discarded after two hours at room temperature, even if salt and acids are present. Commercially prepared oils have added acids and other chemicals to eliminate the risk of botulism, but still must be handled carefully and correctly."

There is also minced garlic in a jar. Tastes pretty good and it lasts a long time in the fridge. I just found out about the garlic in a jar a couple months ago 😭. It saves me so much emotions lol.

I’ve always made homemade peanut noodles like with a homemade peanut sauce. It’s actually really easy and you can use spaghetti or really whatever noodle you want. I’m not a big pasta eater though but it’s definitely an inexpensive easy meal that is tasty and different so I do recommend it.
