Small thing that irks me, is how our survivors just travel from Georgia to Virginia, and then back to Georgia again like it's no problem. There's over 500 miles seperating the locations and it's over an 8 hour drive each way. 11+ plus years in the apocalypse there isn't just gas sitting in the deserted cars on the road. One of the many things I think the writers just completely ignore, and it hasn't been the first time this season, in the King county episode, Morgan and company traveled from the island of Padre to the middle of Georgia like it was the grocery store right down the road...I know it's small, but it's one of the many things that bother me while watching this show.

I mean, they have gas. PADRE has oil that Luciana has spent the last seven years refining and maintaining. Georgia to Virginia is an 8-hour drive. It would take less than a day to get there and back.

Yea that irks the shit out of me. It’s like the last season of game of thrones. Location means nothing … and this episode should have been a Troy episode.

Eugene helped the Saviors with pouring metal over walkers heads so noone could get at them.

Did you guys forget? Eugene was the one that told Negan about the melted steel to keep the walkers from falling apart

I LOVED that first shot of the episode, seeing Dwight's reflection in the puddle as lightning strikes and thunder claps

Amelio is a fantastic actor.

The cinematographers for Fear honestly deserve better. They make a show with horrible writing and a shoestring budget look amazing and the environments beautiful what they have to work with. (Besides reusing shots from previous seasons but I don’t think that’s their fault). I really some of them can get brought onto Dead City or Daryl after this.

Yes Fear Season 8 has been very sub par but man it has LOOKED amazing! The Cinematography on seasons 6+8 has been outstanding

The mini flashbacks in between the sanctuary scenes were so cool to see also Dwight tossing bro in there like Negan was wild.

Dwight was always and will always be one of my favorite character in the twd universe this episode was okay tho i agree i would rather it just being dwight and sherry.

The constant exposition of self doubt is exhausting

I think they are building up a bond for dove to be June's daughter figure . June has lost everyone and dove is alone . It fits

dove wasn’t supposed to be “liked” in this episode but youre meant to understand it from her POV. PADRE was literally all dove knew, and she has been forced to be a soldier since a child. she’s never felt emotions and had family, the only emotion she KNEW was that madison got her mother killed which hardened her even more and made her trust people even less. i loved how odessa was in this episode was because the other 3 in this episode were who she needed to deal with these pains. also jayla walton did a great acting job

Personally, I think the mother of Troy's daughter had a run in with Madison when she was stealing kids maybe when Troy was on a run or something, so they were not together. Madison tried to take her daughter, she and Madison fought, and the mother was able to fight her off and escape with their daughter but was injured in the fight and died later from her injuries.

I think Tracy is Felicia s daughter with will . Makes sense why she was so sick after cutting her arm off . Maybe troy found her at the tower after she reached out to find people and Felicia died somehow and troy took her daughter as his own

If alicia is killed off screen there is only one place for this show to go and that is straight in the trash can

Sanctuary was so close to Alexandria and also the commonwealth...but let's forget all that ! That said I really enjoyed the episode

I think most likely for the mother of troys daughter, it will have been off screen or before Madisons comeback on our story and will show an unseen flashback of her killing her or that woman dying and someone she was with who saw Madison went and told Troy she was responsible even if she wasn’t but was there when it happened.

Nice to see Eugene’s walker keeping idea still working….

I can't bring myself to watch the episodes in full anymore, so I watch you guys and 1 other reactor to catch the plot points... that's as close to this crack fueled dumpster fire I can get. But, it may tie back into the main show and other spinoff's, and... I always said "into the ground"... so I feel obligated. 😶😅

Those flashbacks I didn't expect in fear the walking dead. Also This is during the time skip between season 9 and 10 of the main show since it takes place in 2021. It's on the official timeline. The universe timeline on there doesn't make sense. Also it's so frustrating that they were only 20 miles or so probably from Alexandria.

When fear done the time jump it never made sense to be 12 years in either, season 7 ended 4 years in. Then suddenly its 12 years... they havent followed the timeline proper on both shows for ages

I really enjoyed this episode. I think Dwight and Sherry have had their old Sanctuary experience causing many mental issues, as we have seen on and off, so what happened here has laid it all to rest, for the first time. June also, some deep un dealt with issues, now she has a new family. Dove had gone through extremely hard childhood time at Padre, and no doubt still carried problems. Now she belongs in a new family too. Plus all are really now ready for the coming 'war'.

A hop skip and a jump to Dwightys house we go !!

Remember when Eugene told Negan to put metal over the walkers to protect the Sanctuary.

This was my fave episode so far. I really like Dwight and I found the flashbacks to his days at the Sanctuary were awesome. I also like June too.

I found it amusing the way the little girls (Tracy?) eyes got big when he said his name was Victor. Like Troy had told her all about Victor and the Clark family. So many writing problems with Fear but every once and awhile there's some fun little moments of nuance like that

The little girl was 9 when she filmed...she's now 10 and looks younger by her social media account!

Remember Eugene poured metal on the walkers heads for the ones on the fence for Negan to help protect there boundaries.

How were all those walkers still there? Weren't they attracted by the whisperer's horde or Rick blowing up the bridge?

I love this channel. I personally don't like watching FTWD as I lost interest near S4, but with your reactions it helps keep interest. Only reason I'm up-to-date.

The flashbacks were awesome! I love Dwight/June/Sherry but everyone was a bit too whiny this episode. And Dove, she can fk off - what is she even talking about?? You don't want those 3 helping you??!! Get real! This show exhausts me! I do think we will see Dwight and Sherry again in one of our spinoffs.

I hate these writers they make the character say some of the dumbest things . I mean, I know it's a zombie Apocalypse show. But they can make it a little more realistic. Tired of Dwight and sherri arguing all the time it's pointless filler. I wish this was the ending episode for Dwight and Sherri to set them up for Dead city. It would have been cool towards the end. Maybe they see a CRM scout in a vehicle or something. Or even a Commonwealth scout and seeing their distinctive uniforms makes them curious to where they live. And then they go try to follow them. And also I just find it corny that the building just so happens to now Wanting to start breaking to the point where it's almost flattened. What was it? Dwight's punches to the wall.

It started off really good but fell off when they made the whole plot revolve around Dove. I thought this episode was going to be so much more. Maybe even Dwight's last episode but instead just another side story that doesn't move the story forward at all

It would have made more sense for, bevause strand is in charge of Padre, for them to just not go back there because of how he ran the tower when he was there

They are ending the show like they did with the final 2 episodes of season 2 and the first 2 of season 3 kinda love it

I love Dwight. Sherry’s ok. This episode was not all that great. Just a bad final season overall. I really don’t wanna see any of these characters in any spin offs, besides Dwight. June is not a good character either.

Dove saying (something like) "all the bad stuff that has happend is because of people who can't get their shit together" reminded me, these were never really supposed to be the good guys.

I’ve actually mostly enjoyed most of these episodes but the usual back and forth from Dwight and Sherry and the brattiness of Dove/Odessa bugged me the entire time.

What bothers me is the coated zombies. They were supposed to be intimidating since you couldn't just shoot the head but here they can just pierce the metal with a regular old knife and the whole thing just looses it's suspense x.x 😅😅😅

Not gonna lie. So far I’m kinda disappointed in the writing so far. This was an ok episode tho Loved the flashbacks

This episode frustrated me. Why go all the way to Virginia to then head back to Texas? Do they have a Tardis? A thousand miles is a lot of fuel. I have always given this show grace, as I want to love it and watch other people love it, rather than watching derpy critics, but of the franchise, this one is least solid for this sort of reason.

I hope these writers are banned from Hollywood after all these ridiculously absurd stories they csme up with for this show..Fear started sooo good then just got completely fucked up by the show runners an writers

How whiny june, sherry, and Dwight were this episode i was on team dove. She was brutal with the words but they hurt because they were true. Im amazed how the writers turn my favorite charcters like june and just make them unbearable. First alycia, now june and sherry, and dwight that takes skill.

This was an ok episode, but they were so fucking close to Alexandria, they could have taken the girl to Alexandria, or June could have. even for a bit, but it would of been cool to see some older characters interacted with the ftwd people, These episodes are going way to easy, they should of killed off a character. I hope Sheryl and daryl make it as a couple. id actually love a spin off with them.

Maybe it's just me, but i kinda wanted dove to just die already. Same with sherry.

Im starting to think strand is more important than we think. He has always been someone you couldnt trust, and easily persuaded by the darkside. What if strand is the one on the crm helicopter on intercom telling rick you cant escape, it sure sounded like him. I can see him joining crm eventually while madison and crew meet up with morgan at the commonwealth. Morgan will send for them after finding this utopia

Cannot stand the writing and Dove was unnecessary to the plot of sanctuary. I could see Sherry and June showing up to get Dwight to help save Padre but I hoped that instead of the convincing him to go back with him, he convinces Sherry to move forward as he next was planning on facing Daryl and go to Alexandria. Of course when they arrive they find out Daryl left to find Rick Grimes and end it there or hear Morgan was there but he too was off to find Rick. I loved all the sanctuary flashbacks but did not like the whole Dove stuff.

15:50 - Jarell shedding a tear at how low the bar has become with this show with the horrible writing & bad acting... Or perhaps a tear of joy that they only have 3 more episodes to trudge through... And Josh @ 19:20 - Prolly cuz the entire episode was just more of the same annoying defeatest mentality from all of the characters that I think many of us are sick of seeing. Along with the constant whining & bickering back & forth between the characters.

Overall it was still the best episode of the second half so far. It had its faults but then this show does.

I can honestly say that I never liked ANY character that these show runners created. Everything these writers did was horrible since S3.

Another boring, unrealistic episodes. I think its time to end FEAR. Bringing Troy back shows how bad the writing was and is. I fast forwarded most of episode. 3/10. Dont get me started on Maddison...sooooo unrealistic that she is alive still. Has her acting got worse??
