He's got a good role model and father figure in his life it looks like. Taught good values, healthy habits, and manners. It makes me happy seeing people being good fathers and parents to their children. I like that Chris isn't super strict with his son on diet and health especially since he's at a young age. While its great that eating healthy is a golden principle, I can see that he still believes in the good old "let your kid have his childhood" , but at the same time doing things in moderation

as someone who grew up with an emotionally manipulative mother I understand this quite well. There needs to be a power dynamics between parent and child. But just like any other types of power you're ego can take control and actually make things worse for whoever you are responsible for. Parents that recognize when they need to give up control in certain areas of their child's life while also providing a path they can follow with confidence instead of doubt. When you take the time to actually explain why you have to do things with your child you show them they are worth an explanation instead of being written off with an angry response and undermined for being curious.

I’m relieved finally seeing Chris eats junk food.

Was watching an old video and I saw that “best dad ever” mug, guess he really deserved it, zen is so respectable and so well spoken, and the way Chris acts with him it’s like they’re best friends 🖤

Zen is a pure angel child. Chris did a wonderful job as a single father, I'm beyond proud of them both. Never thought of marrying too, but I've always wanted to be a father.

When your son said he was a bigger fan of pringles, I knew he was destined for greatness. And sticky white rice. Goated. On a serious note. I've never wanted to have kids, but your relationship with your son is really pure and your direction with him is one of the most genuine I've seen. You love to see it.🙏🏽

I really love this father, son relationship. A powerful showing of teaching Zen the importance of balancing a healthy lifestyle, leadership skills and just having fun while doing it. Amazing! As for the "healthy" options I would look at these foods and just say its all about moderation.

I love how you get your son involved and are teaching him about health and nutrition. That's something severely lacking in our educational system. If we had more education about what healthy eating actually is, I think our whole country would be a lot healthier. Kudos to you love the vids keep up the hard work

The way Chris talks with his son is so heartwarming like they're best friends but he's also a role model like when he started doing the handstand push-ups halfway through to burn some of the calories and his son followed with push-ups as well.

OMG this was so wholesome... I've seen a lot of father and son videos, but I don't think I've ever seen a child aged son be so comfortable with sharing his opinion with his dad and even challenging his dad's. Very nice watch.
