Restraining orders are supposed to be a big deal. You are ONLY ever supposed to be granted one if you are AFRAID that the person you want restrained is going to KILL YOU. That's it. That should be only reason why a judge should grant an injunction. Unfortunately, judges forget that and they routinely grant them when they shouldn't. Obviously, he is not afraid she is going to kill him. He is afraid that she is trying to RUIN him (and rightly so.) She is BPD or bi-polar and likely hates whatever GF he has in his life. So she manufactured this story in an effort to destroy him because she can't stand he being happy now that he has 'abandoned' her. That is the logic of her sociopathic mind. It justifies her coaching their son to say whatever she wants him to say.

I remember what my brother did to me like it was yesterday. Always wanted to take a polygraph to prove to my parents, especially my mom, that I’m not lying. All I want is to be believed because I can think of far less shameful and humiliating things to lie about than what he did to me when he was a teenager. It’s people who lie that make it so much harder for sexual abuse survivors like myself to be believed, to be supported. The only thing worse than my brother molesting me was finally having the courage at age 19 to tell my mom and not be believed. She actually got mad - AT ME - for telling her then and blamed me for not saying anything sooner. She did this as I was breaking down in an ugly cry, sobbing and choking on my words. That’s the kind of cry that can’t be faked but she probably thinks the snot coming out of my nose and tears streaming down my face Gosh, I wonder why I felt like I couldn’t tell her when it happened??? I haven’t seen my brother in 13 years, never met his wife or kids. Until he admits to my parents that what I’ve said is the truth, he will never have a part in my life. People falsely accusing others of sexual abuse have far more impact on legit victims and survivors than they will ever know. It’s re-victimization for so many of us with each and every lie.

The worse thing a Father or any man can be accused of is being a child-molester! Children pick up words being said around them, from the TV, radio, their parents & friends of Mom, etc. You can't turn on the news without hearing about so much horror these days! Nothing is off-limits being said all around children! Even cartoons have violence & sexual content in them! Maybe this mom has a boyfriend who's filling her little boy's head with words against his father!

True in some cases. Not all women play this crazy mess. My kids father and I aren't together but I never speak bad about him in front of them nor do I interfere with them having a relationship he is free to pick up his children whenever he wants and whenever they want to go. He was however a horrible husband but our issues have nothing to do with our kids receiving love from both of us. Women that do this screw up they kids beyond measures.

Been there done that! When accuser is completely irresponsible and puts private matters out there for the masses without any proof they should be held accountable when they are exposed as a liar. The accusations stay with a person long after they are vindicated. It's criminal when an ex sinks that low.

The viciousness and spite that some women exert, the damage they do. There was NO REASON ON THIS EARTH for her to accuse her ex of this - but she KNEW it would, by far, do him the greater damage and hurt. People like her should have parental rights removed. Because you know the poison the child/children will be fed, daily, will do so much damage.

Those types of accusations should be punishable in some form when they're proven false. I'm sorry, I'm all for protecting children from any sort of abuse at all costs, but, the accuser needs to be held accountable, if they're bearing false witness, etc. That poor man, what she's likely put him through... and he just wants to have nothing to do with her, only his son.
