    I buried my son two months ago from his “friend” giving him meth with fentenol and a aderol laced. My son was recovering from his addiction for three months. But his “friend” wasn’t going to let him go. He murdered my son. God will deal with avenging my son. I know that fathers pain.

    Are we just gonna ignore the fact that a polygraph test is not admissible as evidence in court? Even if it were to come back as him being guilty, it wouldn't matter. Refusal is in no, way, shape or form any kind of evidence to his guilt

    All Federal courts allow polygraphs now, and at least 22 states now allow it. I bet their state did allow them and that is why that creep would not take one. I say change the charges and retry him. That is allowed!

    Then why does all Federal courts and at least 22 states now allow them as evidence? They are way more accurate than eye witnesses. Even though that has been proven as the most unreliable evidence.
