thats not true. Weight has no effect unless you are factoring in air drag. These cars are too slow for any air drag.

@@wagonmoundno.2396 dude do you not know basic physics. While the frictional force is increased, so does the inertia/mass of the human car system. Therefore the centripetal acceleration stays the same. And you don't even need to know physics. Everybody knows that a heavier car is slower at cornering than lighter car because although the formula is frictional force=mu*mg, everybody knows that the relationship isn't completely linear, and is infact slightly logarithmic concave down.

McLaren (the karting stuff especially) too. Very much enjoying all this extra stuff, and Netflix. I'm much more interested in F1 than I was as a kid, and mostly has to do because I want to root for the drivers (I sincerely want most of them to do well, to be honest).

Weight helps with greater kinetic energy, and the left hand lane was shorter at the top.

Ive said this before, but despite being a Mercedes fan, the content you guys put out is just doing wonders for Formula 1 and I am absolutely here for it. Keep up the good work.....but not too good... Mercedes is gunna catch you some day......hopefully. Also, love that you guys did something fun for us Canadians!

Definitely helps with a 2 second head start and the left hand lane with is about 25 metres shorter
