Fast action fishing at Panguitch.

Спорт

We went down to Panguitch lake on my friends boat hoping to get into some nice fish. We were mostly fly fishing, but my buddies were using spin rods as well. We met up with another friend that was down there on his float tube. We got into a lot of fish and had a blast. The action was fast for rainbows, cutts and tigers. Thanks for tagging along on another episode of adventure time.

I really enjoy watching your videos. I would love it if you would spend a little more time going over your set up. Like what flies you are using, how far apart and how far down from the indicator. Also, maybe a little on how you fish it and what are you thinking when looking at a body of water. I am a beginner and that kind of stuff would be really helpful. Thank you.

Ill keep that mind. I try to mention what flies I'm using most of the time. When I'm hanging two flies under an indicator I typically have them about 1 1/2 to 2 ft apart

I don't comment very often myself for that very same reason haha. I'm sure we'll run into each other eventually.

Thanks for another epic fishing trip adventure. The last time I was at Panguitch I released a Tiger that had more lip piercings than a 16 yr old teenage girl gone wild!

Looks like a floating city out there! 😅 I always see people killing it on the SW side of the lake and I never have much luck over there! 🤔 I always do well by the boat ramp.

Over 50 years fishing that lake. The water stayed clean all summer back then. Not sure what's causing all the algae, but it gets worse each year. Glad to see you fly fishing instead of dunking power bait. See so many fish killed with that crap. Would ban bait fishing if I could.

It typically gets that algae by the end of the summer---at least for the past several years. I have had a lot of fun there over the years
