Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
In today's special video. Jay, Luis, and the White Goose Bar Racing team went to Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah with the legendary Valley Fever Streamliner for the 2021 Bonneville Speed Week.
There was one goal in mind, To capture the 300+MPH Blue hat, A reward that is earned when reaching over 300+mph for over a mile, twice. Jay put together our signature RS1600 2JZ engine and had it installed in Brad Bosworth's "Valley Fever" streamliner. Jay also tuned the engine.
You'll get to see the event, achievement and how it all happened here in this video. The best average top speed was 322MPH and reaching top speeds upwards of 330mph.
Thanks to everyone involved!

Thanks Matt. It's a really wild deal for sure. Dare I say "Once in a lifetime" kinda event!
Would love to see a tear down on a motor like this that was subject to high load for a prolonged period of time.

It's putting out what like 400hp/L for a minute straight, amazing to achieve without a f1 level budget

@@Tyler_J_Cook Everyone who knows what a 2j is knows how capable they are to produce big numbers. What makes this engine special (the one in the video) is how long it’s under such a high load.
You know you did it when you bring a builder to tears of joy. Congrats ya’ll
Great performance 🙏 Congrats. The last moment was really touching 🥺
All that with 30 years old block. It is 2jz baby, no ssssshit. Well done Jay.
As a person who fancies imports, I thought that was incredible, but I think the best moment was when he put on the blue hat it was incredible. Also when the builder got emotional because I’m sure that whole experience emotional congratulations.
14:50 youre laughing like antman when he goes big for the 1st time in the airport fight 😂😂😂😂
What an amazing accomplishment. Big congrats Jay, Brad, and everyone else involved in getting that incredible piece of machinery down the track!

Thanks Payton! I'm soo lucky to be able to have these opportunities!
That 2JZ engine has some super good Yamaha/Toyota DNA in it!
And that's why Jay's my papi chulo. Gave the goosebumps when he laugh from the adrenaline. #ManCrush
You can tell in run number 3 that the fear had left and the excitement to go fast has come 👍
Amazingly satisfying Sir!! Congratulations to all involved. Thank you to Jay and RealStreet for keeping our community alive and well and extending the 2jz heritage and platform!!! 👍
Awesome stuff Jay! Congrats to you and everyone involved
Congratulations bro. Your going great things for our community!!!! This is what it’s all about
Awesomeness! Wow! I remember my Dad taking me in his plane to the track in the 70's to watch the Blue Flame. Camped out under the wing.
Absolutely amazing achievement!
That was incredible!. Real St. # 1 That was nothing short of GD Epic! Great video, keep up the fantastic work.
Amazing effort in both the run and the video production. Broadcast quality! Bravo!
Congrats, Jay!
Amazing! Congratulations 🍾 what a accomplishment.
Man that streamliner seems really dialled in...looked super smooth and steering inputs seemed minimal. Great accomplishment 👍
Incredible man. Congrats
Congratulations!!!
Jay is such a beast. Awesome stuff.
Thanks from England.

Bumpy childhood, couple decades of street bikes and some drag racing was the prep work :). The adrenaline ride out there is unbelievable!
thanks guys, you have made 2jz to a another level ...
WoW! a Blue hat!! 👍
Land speed racing is the ultimate test. Nice job.
Nice! I remember a different Valley Fever car, a top fuel car driven by Shorty Leventon on the quarter mile.
What an achievement to that whole team as well as Real street and Jay! What a team and Jay what a guy! You can see what it means to everyone involved, that’s some next level s@&t right there that’s for sure, 322mph + wow
What a deal jay!!! Gonna miss you guys on dragweek!

Enjoyed....................... 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Smiles for days
The satisfaction when it all works.
Congrats Jay to you and team and a well built 2jz platform. For an engine to be able to handle such high loads, high rpm for that sustained amount of time... I believe if you guys are able to get a 4th gear in tjat transmission you could hit the 400 miles an hour mark! Yea! 2jz to the world🔥💯
Jay is the man 🙌🏼
So bad ass 🔥🔥🔥
00:59 Jay's seat after the run 😳
Now imagine that speed in 1000 feet, those top fuel drivers are nuts!

I think the difference is in drag racing you don't have time to ask yourself "what in the hell am I doing?" I've not been faster than high 190's in the 1/4 but I recall from the 1/8 to the 1/4 feeling like a long time. Out at Bonneville it just seems like you're wide open forever!

I can’t even begin to imagine what it must feel like. I see them at Norwalk every now and then and it’s just surreal to see in person. Just instantly flying out of nowhere
Need a mop for my drool. Well done lads 👊
That's so much power for those skinny bike tyres and salt surface. I feel like its overkill, but I still love it!

well thats a bit silly! great work

14:47 That moment that Jay experienced 2JZ Nirvana and orgasmed. I would too. 😂👍 Congrats Jay. Can't get enough of watching this run. On IG, TRC, here, anywhere. Now to 400mph! 😈
that takes guts man, a lot of people die out there. there is a dead guys name on the side of the car. Can't give you a lot of confidence that you are making a good life decision. great job!
Second 🙋♂️ All the way from msia 🇲🇾
That has to be one of the most expensive, blue hats in the world.
well done everyone! ❤️
Wow Jay, you really had to put yourself through that kind of danger. 🤦🏾🤣
6:10 watch out 4 da speed demon!
top incrivel 2jz recorde
2jz. 💪Love 2jz
that's the fastest neutral gear I've ever seen
Ok, just came across this video and am REALLY curious about the car and the builder. I live in Fresno, CA and back in the ‘70’s there was a speed shop here called Eddie’s Speed Shop and they ran a Top Fuel car named Valley Fever (after the San Joaquin Valley where Fresno is located. Both Eddie’s and the Valley Fever names are on this car. What is the relationship between this car and Eddies/Valley Fever?
Congratulations! Awesome! I had a question. Would 11.5:1 turbo k24a2 (forged rods and pistons) be too high of compression? Est 700whp pump e85.
Real Street is the truth!
I'm surprised they didn't use v bands for the charge pipe
Jay I dear you to us Hydrogen as a fuel in that 2JZ GTE!
14:50 Its like a drug. I have no idea how that car was able to move with the weight of your balls to go 310.
He’s supporting cleetus McFarland that’s cool
On something of this caliber why are V-Bands not being used?.....

Give this guy some new draws. Stains in the front
All that loot and they didn’t use a v band setup on the charge pipe ?
My uncle Jim steck has the world's fastest Alfa Romeo that has ran out there
532 kph
Why no v band
he said it could do 400 mph "but not with me in it".

It's just the getting killed out there part I struggle with. There's not much of a prep course so you just have to "Go for it". It's a coin toss at this point, it's dangerous for sure.
2jtão fala 500km/h monstro
cleetus t shirt adds 100hp easy
Need an airplane with flight controls so when the vehicle gets squirrely at speed; the controls can deal with it. High speed on salt or sand; just not going to have good steering control through tires.
