I’m feeling disastrous with these below zero temps & snow. Nothing better than a fashion show from you to brighten my day.

I do reformer Pilates 4 times a week, walk 3 times a week, and take a line dancing class with my friends once a week.

Loved all the outfits. I workout 5x week and lead an active lifestyle. I'm ordering the fleece lined leggings for sure and will watch video again for other items. Refreshing to see sportswear that is fitted and not boxy. Thank you Serena!

Great video on cute walking or gym clothes!!! Last year when starting my pure strength class I learned quickly to not wear anything but short sleeves . We get hot so fast even with fans going & drink water to stay hydrated. My morning walking motivation is Lisa….we talk and laugh & time goes so fast!!! You are doing great walking 3 miles!!!! I walk with my daughter also .

I listen to my True Crime podcasts! That keeps me going & makes the time go by so fast. BUT....couldn't do it last week bc we were iced in AND I've had an awful sinus infection 🤧. I'm ready to get back to it!

When you are talking about keeping warm in cold weather it would be helpful if you told us the temperature. For instance, for me living is Minnesota, cold is below 20° and really cold is below 0°. I think it varies all around the country and would help when considering sweaters and coats.

I've worn these items (including jacket, beanie & gloves) while walking outside in temps of mid 30's. I haven't walked outside in below freezing temps. But it also depends if the sun is out or not. 35 and sunny feels a lot warmer than 45 with clouds & wind. I can't possibly cover every weather scenario.

I eat pretty much what I want (within reason) but I do intermittent fasting. I don't eat anything until 12 or 1:00 pm (just coffee and water) Then I have a little snack and I might have another little snack mid afternoon, and then I eat dinner. I try to not eat anything after 7:00 PM.

Have lost almost 30 lbs since mid summer, when I was "working out" by sweating my way through organizing a part of the garage that totally got away from me, and then lost the rest when I started a treatment to detox. That diet is ongoing. Am currently doing brief exercises to align and coordinate my neck, back, hips, and that is helping stabilize my weak knee/foot issues. Even though my muscle percentage is still high for my age, I hope to do more soon, cuz I'm hoping to maintain that muscle and still need to lose another 20-30 lbs (20 used to be enough, but I'm already shorter than I used to be, so might want to lose more). Plan to get back to: gardening, walking, belly dancing, biking, and do pseudo ballet/Pilates or some mix thereof, (oh... and swim when I can get away to the lake). *****Should add****: weight work to add density to these shrinking bones!!!!!🤯 ...... Thanks for all the great ideas!!!!!

Your outfits are sooo cute. I have been an Athleta fan for at least 20 years and I have still have things I purchased 20 years ago. Lou & Grey from Loft is another favorite and the T by Talbots (they also have petite sizes). Sisters said when I wanted to go to Talbots in Foley: Oooh, that's an old lady store. True, didn't see anything when we went to outlet. However, I put on my joggers, tee and jacket the next day and they said: oh, that's so cute, where did you get it? I said, the OLD LADY STORE (although I shop online usually). :) Yes, I committed to getting fit again. 3 miles a day, free weights and my Total Gym.

Thanks for the great variety of outfits. I do Zumba 3 times a week and really like to wear a yoga style pant with the flare bottom.
