Lost my appendix 5 years ago. Looking through utube. Stumbeled on dr berg. Did keto. Was 140 lbs patite and 57. Lost 30 lbs and never felt better. Lost extra weight even a year or two larer. My smallest was 94 lbs. Ive avwraged out at 16 to 120. Healthy fasting or just one meal a day. Best devision I ever made. See for yourself. See if it makes sence to you. This is a great way to have healthy tools for yourself for better health. 😊

thank you for being so vulnerable. I feel like I always looked like this from age 12-54 It is just me. I don't want to hide myself but to help others understand I am a person of dignity. I have a lifelong physical disability so I have to stay away from animal t shirts plastic barettes ect. I MUST look put together for strangers to even pay attention to me. My look MUST scream "I am intelligent" I appreciate you giving tips that deal with the reality of the human body as well as the human condition
