I'm receiving this wheel and the CSL DD 8nm set next week, can't wait!

I bought CSL DD 5Nm with BMW wheel ready2race combo I can't wait until I try that. I had G29 few years ago and then T300 GT I hope this one is better than T300.

I just wish it was all black. The orange and the patterns make it look very cheap.

Theres a slightly less expensive version called the P1 V2. Same designs, same features and mostly black design. None of the P1 wheels, including the $200 WRC version enables high torque onvthe DD1 and DD1 bases.

That is just a P1 wheel with the BMW badge I've had two of those break on me they're not very tough Feature wise being able to tune wheel while you drive is priceless. It's a cheap will that gets the job done.

PS w/ GT7? Thanks for the video. Have you tried this wheel on a PlayStation playing GT7? If so, how well does all of the control mapping work? Cheers.

I got this Rim either, for the money the handle feeling better than his look, Absor vibe and grips just like dirt bikes grips 😏

Looking like we are mirroring each other. i have the same monitor, just cock the bmw bundle and now thinking to order the mackky wheel.

Purchased the other day regardless + the DD 5nm, can all of the buttons on the wheel be remapped? I saw some are for FFB changing but once I get it dialed in I am gonna try and get everything I'll need mapped to the wheel in iRacing.

My speed screen and strip doesnt work in any game. How to make it active? It is set to enable in fanatec app options.

hi, nive video i just bought a csldd and this wheel, but when i power on it dont do a 360 like ive seen other wheel do on video, it only do a small turn 180 and calibrate, is it normal? thanks🙂

Hi mate, nice video. Do you think this wheel would be fine for drifting? I bought it since it was the cheapest but questioning whether I should buy the universal hub with my aftermarket wheel 🤔

To be honest you could use this for drifting but the universal hub and a deep dish wheel would probably be the way to go

I'm curious about the left center button by the buttons labeled 1-4 (not sure what the technical term is). Does it essentially act as a d-pad?

Yes sort of you can use it for guiding around menus etc...

P1V2 or mclaren gt3 can’t decide. I like this p1 style.

Adding the QR1 unlocks full torque. I wasn't sure which wheel to get, this one or the WRC, I opted for the WRC as it's lighter and I like Alcantara. I use a CSL DD 8Nm so weight is critical, I think they are probably exactly the same other than the aesthetics and the rubber /Alcantara grip. Buttons, shifters and display are the same. Pleasantly surprised, nice feel in hand. I really like the QR1 Lite, a massive improvement in my opinion, eliminating the Fanatec wobble that plagues the QR1. Great entry level wheel or for those who just want a wheel that works well as an all rounder.

Everything about this comment is wrong: 1. Even a metal qr wont release the torque over 8nm 2. The difference between this and wrc is not just Alcantara grips vs rubber. The wrc has aluminum front and fiber glassed plastic back. The bmw and p1 is pure plastic. 3. The qr1 lite is much worse than the metal qr1. 4. Wrc is heavier because of the better material.

Which button is the home button on PS5? Thank you in advance.

Anycahnce you can do a side by side with gt wheel so we can see size and thickness difference please?

Sorry mate not got the time but basically if you are only playing gt7 then the gt wheel is OK. If you are going to play other games then the gt wheel is pretty useless. The BMW wheel is bigger and better quality

Since this post i have upgraded to the clubsport rs and must say I really like it so far, I thought the 320 may be too big but I like it. I also have the formula esports for f1 and gt.

Hi because of the price of the wheel it comes under the minimum value so no import tax on this one

there is a little plastic finger on the QR1 plastic that presses a switch in the wheel to make it low torque. You can cut it off if you dare :D but I would probably leave it on. Ive seen lots of reviews on this wheel, but had no idea about that it had the shifter light for example so thanks for the review. :)

I have had 3 wrc rims, 2 of them had those clicks. But its because of the plastic qr1. Tolerances are too big.

Do u know how to Calibrate it if already updated and hooked to ps4/5? ....

It's not the looks the gt wheel is very cheap and tacky and really thin plastic
