    *ENGLISH* You need:
*360g round grain rice (you use for rice pudding)
*240g water
*40g oil
*7g yeast
*1 teaspoon salt
*approx. 2 tablespoons sweetener
Instructions: Wash the rice thoroughly and soak for 2 hours. Then drain the water and put the rice in the blender with all the other ingredients. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes. Line a baking pan with baking paper and fill halfway with dough. Let the dough rise in the oven at max 40 degrees until it almost doubles in size. Remove the dough from the oven, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then bake the bread for about 35-40 minutes until crisp.

Is yeast considered gluten free and safe for celiac people?

Yes. The majority of yeast and common yeast you can find at your grocery store is gluten free. The yeast you have to look out for is brewer's yeast.

Please note some of the "normal" supermarket yeasts sometimes contain gluten - you have to check the ingredients

    *GERMAN*
Du brauchst:
*360g Milchreis
*240g Wasser
*40g Öl
*7g Hefe

Danke!

I recommend paying attention to the temperature when blending. When it gets too hot, you kill the yeast. I guess. Maybe add a few ice cubes ?!

One important factor when making this particular recipe is to use a thermometer to ensure temperature doesn't go above 105°F; otherwise it kills the yeast and it won't rise.

There are gluten free yeast to buy. The problem is that some people suffering from coeliac don't tolerate yeast (sometimes only in the beginning of the gluten-free diet)

Yeast in itself doesn't contain gluten. Check the ingredients. If wheat source starch is added, it will contain gluten. If it's only yeast, there's no gluten.
