    do we use only bake setting in oven ? Or two rods with fan on ? My otg has bake with only lower rod, with two rods on the fan is also on ? Does Fan makes it dry ?

    Blue bird yeast doesn't work, especially for bread making. You must add instant dry yeast, which you can get from the shop where all the baking related items sells. Or you can order online.

    Hi Mam Can you please help if I want to use home made yeast instead of dry yeast how should I alter this recipe. Earlier I had tried using home made yeast in proportion of 1/3cup yeast for 1 cup flour but my bread 1. Doesn't rise much 2. Doesn't get brown colour on top 3 gives dense texture.

    awesome...lovd ur explaination i have also been baking pavs at home... but my only issue is tat... 1st day the pavs are airy and light but the next day it becomed like say 20 % dense.. not as airy as the 1st day.. the market pavs r soft and airy even the next day.. but like u said may be because of the preservatives.. but if u have any tip to keep it light and airy even the next day plz do share.. thank u

    Hi. I tried as per your instructions in the video but the top layer of the Pav turned out to be quite hard and lower part did not cook properly. I followed the same instruction as per video. Would milk have helped ? Or what about letting dough rise significantly before cutting as I have seen in some other video. We just did 5 minutes of leaving the dough after kneading. Should we have waited till it increased to 2x the size. Also the bread did not turn out fluffy. Can too much oil be the cause ? I mean after pressing the pav it comes back to original shape very very slow. How can I get rid of extra oil ?
