Fletchers laugh! ❤️ Children’s laughter is a true gift from God. How can you not be happy and laugh when they do. Pure joy! ❤️🌈☀️
We call that chicken and dumplings. And now, I really want a bowl.
Fletcher is just chill when Evonnie puts the mask over his eyes 😆

I know! It was adorable!
Oh my, Evonnie has gorgeous red hair.
Great ideas. A mini toilet and a glass of water in Evonnie's room. Just love watching the kids. Children love it when you get on the floor to read or play with them. Enjoy these years. They go too fast.
I could listen to lil Fletchers sweet laughter all day 😍
Love that you leave the dinner dishes for later putting family time for outside as a bigger priority. Fletcher jumping into your arms off of the counter and Evonni during reading
So sweet! I love Fletchers little giggles!
You're precious. I love listening to you talk. You two are good parents too. All the best, always 😊💙
Great video Megan! So fun to see how your evenings are! your children are just the cutest!!
The potty hack!! Why didn’t I think of that!? Such a perfect idea! Fletcher’s laugh is contagious! So cute 😍😂
Great video. Love watching the kids and remembering when my daughter was little.
Such a beautiful family. I love your videos!! They always cheer me up when I’m in a bad mood. 💕
I love the energy that the children have right before bed. Mine have a mad 5 minutes too but I agree, if it helps them sleep I think go for it! x
Bought the kid's Bible story book, I've been looking for one for our little guy and appreciate you linking yours! Love your channel and sincerely pray that God continues to bless your family, it's really refreshing to hear you speak so openly about your faith in Jesus! 💓
Feltchers laugh just made my day! Thank you for sharing your evening routine!
I loved hearing Fletcher laugh!!! So cute!!
We live in the country in the Arkansas Ozarks and have woods all around us. So lots and lots of trees!! My favorite time is fall even with all the raking and sweeping leaves!
This soup looks amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Love your encouragement to keep it simple and stick with what's tried and true! I've been convicted about that recently, as I often feel like to be a really great mom I have to be innovative and fun... But realizing that my family is happiest when I'm happy and not over-extended, and I just don't always have the energy for innovation and creativity in this season! And that's ok.

That's. O. K. You. Are. Right.
Yes we have pecan trees and I love them. We will plant some more this spring.
Your children are a blessing to me as they make me smile and laugh . Evonnie is the sweetest little Mommie Sister to Fletcher and Fletcher just seems so calm and happy .. They are lovely children and you & Josh are wonderful parents ..
Oh I hear you about the leaves coming inside the house! Yes we have trees in our property and very mature, huge trees. Our property is 145 years old. Our home looks like little house in the big woods!
Yes, several trees, love it even though we bring in leaves in the fall
Being a Dutchie, I used to wonder what a Dutch Oven was. Turns out it is what we just call a cast iron pan 😁 no Dutch ovens here in the Netherlands.

Another Dutchie here... Was thinking the exact same thing... Never seen a Dutch oven in my life😂😂
Your children are beautiful, truly blessed. We live in a forest so yea, we have trees on our property, pines, maples, and various others.
I haven't been able to watch but I am still happy to watch your videos. So encouraging!
The kids are so sweet and growing so fast. Blessings.
We called this soup meal chicken and dumplings. My sister made it, too and it’s so yummy! (Ok...it has noodles and dumplings)! It tickles me how much little fletcher looks like daddy and Evonnie looks like you! They’re so cute dancing around the sunroom whilst you cook! My house in in a veritable forest...I cannot even take pictures inside it’s so dark...leaves galore! Thank you, Meghan. Another fun video!
Thanks for sharing! Enjoyed the video. It's good to have an evening routine, we have one to!
Thanks for the Thursday entertainment and good to see that you are all safe and healthly. Having been working from home since March, your videos are now an integrated part of my weekly routines during this crazy situation. I used to travellel frequently to the US with work and I love it - and now I miss it a lot. You are the friendliest people in the world, you have the greatest food and the best landscape to visit or just drive through. Oh man how I miss it. When all this is over, I have promised myself that during my next US visit, I will take some days out of the calendar and go to Pennsylvania and just drive through the country side and soak it all up. Your neighbourhood just made it to my bucketlist....:-)

WOW! I feel honored. This are IS beautiful!
We live out in the country but it’s very open. We only have a couple small trees and we live on a couple acres. I wish we had more!
That soup looks lovely. Enjoy.
My granddaughter loves to play taking a nap or going to bed. She has been playing it for months. It’s hilarious, as she destroys my made bed and lays down for a few seconds then she gets up and we start it al, over again. 🥰
Always enjoy your videos.love your energy .
I'm in a tiny apartment in Albuquerque. I'd be interested in seeing a video on your top favorites of the moment (TV, movies, music, podcast and books)
The meal looked so good. I love your house.
YES! Olio is so good, one of my faves from my home town. And yes they do take online orders :) We love to send their gift baskets to family and friends
This is exactly how my mother and now I make our chicken pot pie ! We’ve been doing it this was for years 😊 so neat so see someone else doing it this way !
The push bike you had your son in on your walk is so cute
In Louisiana which is where I am from we call that chicken and dumpling but we don't put potatos but I might try that next time I make it ...That is my go to comfort meal love it
been waiting all day for this 😍

I'd love to post earlier in the day, but I'm a mom first.
We always make that soup with ham. I love ham pot pie. I really want to try it with chicken! Looks delish!
I have an acre with about 200 trees. Leaves everywhere! Soup looks great!! Wish I had your energy!!
Love your videos dear Megan!!! Thank you for sharing your life and family!! Sending you hugs and love 😘❤️❌⭕️🙏🏻🍁🍂
That chicken pot pie soup looks incredible! Heading over for the recipe right now! Fletcher looks so big all of a sudden! He looks so much like you!
Love this soup, we get it every time we go to Lancaster. Shady Maple grocery store has a great version. The name comes from Bot Boi. Here's some info Pot pie might have originated in Pennsylvania Dutch country - but the Dutch have nothing to do with it. The Pennsylvania Dutch are descendants of German and Swiss immigrants, both Lutheran and Anabaptist (like the Amish), who settled in southeast Pennsylvania in the 17th and 18th centuries and often speak Deitsch, a dialect of German. There, pot pie may also be known as "bott boi" in Deitsch. Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is the only area to make this style of brothy pot pie with square noodles, also called "slippery pot pie." The nickname differentiates the Pennsylvania Dutch style from the thick-crusted pastry style served across America.
Our yard is small with more trees than grass. About 5 huge White Oaks, 3 smaller Blue Spruce, and a White Pine. There is a big Maple across the street. I love them, but the shade makes it harder to grow vegetables.
Loved this video so much! 💕 God bless you!
What a beautiful family!
That thumbnail! Gah!!! Your daughter is the sweetest thing on earth!!!!
We have 2 huge sycamore trees and they are dropping every where here in Kansas. They are messy but awesome shade trees.
Loved this video!
I am in Georgia and yes I am vacuuming up leaves inside the house all the time! It seems like they appear even when you don’t come or go outside.
Little Fletchy is the cutest 😍💗 💕
Fletcher and Evonnie are so precious! What a blessing from God.
Enjoy all your video's !! So much fun to watch ....☺
We have 1 tree in the front and 3 in the back. We are in suburbs of Chicago and YES! Leaves everywhere! We have a dog and then 2 boys (5 and 3) that are in and out all day long! Also, I’m the same at night. There’s so much I could do at night but I’m done and relax at night!
It is delicious. When I lived in Lititz I ate it where ever I went.
Yes we have a lot of trees and constantly have leaves in the house.
Our yard is surrounded with trees and we have quite a bit of choke cherry trees and TALL spruce and maple trees on our yard.
I love hanging laundry too, it’s very therapeutic, but when it’s not in the cards, no worries, another point in time it will be in that happy place again!
Great video Megan the kids are beautiful and getting big! You sure are Blessed thank you for sharing God Bless Liz x
That's so hilarious to me that you watch your stuff in the shower BECAUSE I always watch your channel when I'm in the shower 😂 even if its a video I've already seen

How does your phone not get wet?
Here in south central Ohio, I love going to a local Mennonite store (J.R’s Market). They sell bulk Amish foods and I was curious when I saw packages of the little square noodles that was labeled pot pie. The only pot pies I knew of were made with real pie crusts..but these are good!
I love Evonnie's big smile in the thumbnail!
Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken pot pie is absolutely the best Fall meal.
I laughed when Josh declared "just needs more noodles". You know him so well.

🤣🤣I think he wanted pasta instead of soup!
My family hold hands when we pray for our food too.😊
My grandmother used to sing edelweiss to me as a young young child.
Ha! Propping the phone up in the shower is something I figured only my husband does! 😂 Just hope it doesn’t ever fall in! I watch things while I soak in the tub so I guess it’s all the same concept! 😊 This was a great video!
I soooo appreciate that delay start on my washer too! I do the same thing with my laundry on a regular basis. Also, I had to laugh when you said that about hanging your laundry out.😂 I'm not Mennonite, but my life growing up, as well as how we dress and wear head coverings, was, and still is, very similar to Mennonite, so I grew up without a dryer and hanging all of our laundry out on the clothesline... which, actually, came to be one of my favorite chores! I loved spending time outside in the fresh, country air, talking to God and sorting through my thoughts. When my husband and I got married, we bought a home in town... and there is no clothesline!😕 It has taken me so long to get use to having a dryer and some days it just feels wrong putting our clothes in the dryer and I really wish I had a clothesline, but my husband has pretty much said the same thing to me that Josh has said to you!😂 It is what it is! At this time in my life, this is what I have to use... and I have to admit, it is super convenient most of the time!😬🤦♀️😂 So, I am thankful that I have dryer and someday I will have a clothesline option again!
That looks like what we call chicken and dumplings. Looks delicious. ❤
The small toilet idea is great!
Hi Megan, I just finished making your chicken pot pie recipe. So good. Thanks for sharing Love your family. Love watching your videos. God is good! 🙏
Just enjoy your podcasts Megan and I have learned a lot from you and I am 70!. We live in Lancashire County here in the UK and live in a small village between Blackpool and Preston and at the moment we are in lock down. We are thankful for our large garden which is surrounded by trees and raking is part of our Autumn time. We usually have our great grandaughter Erika who is 3 to help but we only see her facetime just now. Our Alfie cockapoo is so like your dog. Take care and be safe, Hilary

Lock down again!? Oh no! That probably means we're not far behind.
Hey, I just made your chicken pot pie soup. It was yummy; I kind of made a few changes because I didn't have celery and I had to make the chicken broth from scratch. Do you have the video where you show the recipe step by step?
we have five trees on our property, three pine and two maple. Leaves and pointy pine needles get drug in by the dog constantly.
My kids have made play sleep beds since they were your kids age! They still do regularly at 6 and 7! My youngest is starting to join in with them :)
That mask is more like a blindfold on Fletcher. So cute!!
We bought our first home in August on 4 acres that has around 50 trees, probably more (one day I'll count). The bird's eye view of our property looks like a forest preserve, despite living in the country surrounded by completely clear farmland. A zero turn mower is my husband's best friend. The leaves dragged into our home are my worst enemy. I completely agree with you; they're beautiful, but oh my, the mess!

Good for you for getting that far in the video! And that's a lot of trees!
Your kids are so cute! 💜💜
What a great routine you have! I have 4 kids, ages almost 10 down to 3 months. I am a redhead and finally I think my last baby is a redhead too, just like Evonnie! ❤️ I'm totally making that chicken and dumplings (that's what we call it). Looks delicious. We live in Maine. Lots of trees here... Oaks, pines, hemlock, birch, maple, hickory, poplar and others. We do have a nice open yard but there is forest all around us!
Haha love to hear fetcher giggle, we have my tree and my husbands tree right by our patio, the honey locust is a terrible mess in the full, my tree the white Birch, drops too, but not 2 different times, my leaf blower you will find my companion more then once a day outside my back door, which helps tons to keep them out of the house, now if my tree gets cut down so does his, and other way round, so this is our joke😂I love my sun tooo, love your sunporch
I watch shows (usually KZread) in the shower too!! That’s how I was watching this 😂 I always get made fun of for it!
I like your videos. The price on the dutch oven a sweet dill.bye now your friend in Oklahoma
And yes about the leaves. I have leaves, pine needles, and lately, ladybugs. Ugh. Constantly vacuuming
We had several trees in our yard that died. So we cut down two maple trees and one huge elm tree. The birch is also gone. The flowering plum and Chinese elm seem to be doing well. When we replant we will plant evergreens.
Yes to watching shows from my phone while I shower.
Needs more noodles 😂😂😂. Your channel is my favorite.
, really enjoyed your video. Xx
Yes - we have a lot of trees ❤😁
I love your shower idea! Gotta do what you gotta do 😂
I used to give my children sleepy time milk which is just warmed milk with a tiny pinch of sugar cinnamon and a light cookie. The milk contains tryptophan which make little ones sleepy. I miss those times. Good Day!
I love your videos, Megan! What do you listen to while you work? Any podcast or music recommendations? :-)
You’re so lucky to have a husband that helps!
love your family,,,,you go sister
Yes trees & lots of leaves on our property..
I love old-fashioned Mennonite chicken pot pie!
We call it chicken (kluski) noodle soup!☺️
