It may take some time and you may never see any results, but trust that God hears you! As a suggestion, I saw some videos released by the Marians at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy regarding fallen away loved ones. @The Counsel of Trent I was raised a JW, but am about to start RCIA at 23. Thankfully I was never baptized as one, so my family aren’t required to shun me. I didn’t feel comfortable making a ‘dedication’ that didn’t have solid foundation and for a long time I fell into agnosticism, and edged toward atheism. One of the things JWs tell you is that God will destroy your soul when you die (annihilate), if you left the organization, and that they are the only true biblical faith. I’d internalized all of that for a long time before encountering true Christian and Catholic thought. One correction, as far as I know, JWs are no longer headquartered in Brooklyn, but now have their headquarters in Warwick NY, along with Walkill, and Newburgh NY. My parents raised me as you said, no birthdays, no Christmas, and very few opportunities for gifts or celebration of any kind beyond ‘gatherings’, of which you would only be allowed to invite JWs or those interested in becoming JWs, generally. I feel horrible for my parents, still believing in all of this.

My comparative religions teacher in college told us he tried to tell his friend, who was a JV, that Charles Taze Russell was a Mason who was a strong believer in numerology and Egyptology. He didn’t believe him until he took him to Russell’s grave… in a Masonic cemetery… next to a pyramid. (Honestly not sure what makes a Masonic cemetery, but it’s across from the Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center and the tombstones are covered in Masonic images.)

FYI Egyptology is a real science. Now of course many people through the ages have asserted some mystical connection to Egypt or the Egyptian deities (like Masons). The man may have never engaged in any academic pursuits, never even walked on Egyptian soil, but either had some esoteric ""Egyptian"" ideas or lived in the 19th - early 20th century, when "Egyptomania" was prevalent.

Many years ago I bought a book "index of Watchtower Errors" and compiled some of them and had copies of them handy. When two JW's showed up, I took a copy out and started quoting from JW publications and could not answer and started walking away. I told them to take the copy but they said they were not allowed to read other publications. I told them that it was just a list of JW publications with year, page number, etc. and NOT other publications. I told them to take it and show to their elders or whatever they are called. One of them would not even touch the copies, but the other one finally agreed to take it. They never showed up at my door again. AMOF, when they would come by the neighborhood, they would stop at the sidewalk by the street, look at our house and just skip it. Sometimes there was a group of 10 or so going around door to door but they would skip my house.

I was raised as one, and now I want to be baptized Catholic. I’m not sure how to get through to my parents. They want to love God, but they have been misled, as they mislead me. I still don’t completely understand the Trinity, but I know it’s true. I know, as a matter of historical fact that unless you were a follower of Arius, all Christians believed this even before the canonization of the Bible. I’m not sure what to do at this point for them and friends I once had. I can only hope God will see their good intent and may give them grace as he wills, but seeing true Christian thought on this, as far as I understand none of them were ever validly baptized, because JW baptism is explicitly non-Trinitarian.

@@AlexofAwesome To be honest the Trinity it's outside of human comprehension in this life. The best we can use is analogies that don't fully capture it. It is one of the beautiful mysteries of Catholicism in the same vein as the Eucharist. Also there is hope for them, keep them in your prayers that God will give them the grace of final penitence if they continue in this error to their deaths. There is the potential for baptism by desire at the moment of their death. Don't let that stop you from trying everything in your power (as long as you know it won't drive them further from the Truth) to try and convert them.

There are distinctions to be made but the authority of the New Testament and of the Church derive from the same exact source, the commision of the Lord to his Apostles to preach and teach in his name. The teaching of the New Testament and that of the immediate sub Apostolic Fathers are clearly in continuity and they emphasize that the Church's leadership and it's authority must go back to the Apostles, the Protestant understanding of any kind of reconstituted leadership and of individuals just interpreting Scripture as they will has no grounds eighther in the historic Christian Tradition or in the Scripture s on the face of it only Catholics Orthodox and the Orientals have a legitimate claim. If Catholics don't take the innerancy and inspiration of Scripture as warant to be serious in study and interpretation that is a problem and to take seriously discussion and particular objections, as also would be their lack of confidence in it's Catholicity. In terms of authority though that's just evident both from Scripture and history.

@@greenchristendom4116 I’m not saying that Catholics don’t seriously consider scripture or objections to interpretations. @@benjaminw309 I think an individual with a decent grasp of language, logic and history (and the historic part would rely on the fathers testimony concerning the Apostolic origin and authority of the NT, and their exclusion of spurious works like the "Gospel" of Thomas) can do a pretty good job at bringing out the meaning of a passage, but that's not the point. The point is that Scripture is Ecclesial from the inception the OT belonged to the people of God of Old and now belongs to the people of God renewed, the inspiration of the New Testament was not a random act by the Holy Spirit but was given in the Apostles and immediate collaborators with whom they had shared their authority in the exercise of the office of preaching and teaching in Christ's name as he had commanded them in the great commision. That office was not exausted in the composition of Scripture, faith comes by hearing and the Church must always be able to authoritatively preach the Gospel and instruct in sound teaching. Obviously this must always rely on the foundations laid by Christ and the Apostles including the Scriptures, but part of living in the communion of the human race reconciled to God and to each other in the single faith and charity willed by the Lord is to listen to the Shepherds he has appointed over his flock, including in the proper interpretation of the Scriptures.

There is much similarity between the Witnesses and the Roman Catholic Church: hierarchical power, truth mediated by organization bodies and councils with change of doctrine over time, claims of unique path to salvation by membership in the group. The Witnesses call their organization 'mother', while Roman Catholics have referred to their organization as 'Mother Church'. No doubt that Witnesses copied their organization structure and rationales from the Roman Catholic Church. That similarity is probably why it has been easy for Witnesses to convert to Catholicism and Catholics to convert to Witnesses. The most important difference is that the Witnesses deny the divinity of Christ, and that is what makes them completely heretical.

The thousand of Protestant Wannabe Christ's Churches, from 16-21th centuries. JW church, another protestant church with worse doctrinal heresies than reform protestant churches because was founded more recently by another "reformer". More similarities JW-protestant. JWs also affirm like the rest of modern protestant churches that the Catholic Church was the apostate church because neither protestant churches or JWs one are ancient and apostolic. Another similarities JW are the human product of the split of another protestant sect like all protestant churches (except lutheran and anglican churches). More similarities: 66 books in their bibles following Luther and rejecting deuterocanonical books. Another similarity: the Pope is the Antichrist, the same that Luther, Calvin and the rest of the false churches assert. The list of similarities between all protestant churches including JWs is endless. The reason for this is not a secret: All those 16-21th centuries false churches have in common first and foremost their hate to the Catholic Church. Because the Catholic Church is the historical and irrefutable witness of the falsehood of all those man-made churches.

Ed Fasolis You are entitled to your opinion. Needless to say, I disagree with that analysis. From my reading of scripture and the apostolic fathers, Christ's 'church' (Gr. ecclesia = assembly of people) is the body of believers who follow the Apostles' message: Jesus is Lord and he died for our sins, believe in him and be saved. It is all believers across time. Particular denominations with their governance structures, systems of theology, creeds, histories, etc., are cultural artifacts, they are useful vehicles that have carried the good news of the apostles' message. But it's the people who are the church. What matters to the Father is what each person does about his Son, not about the sign on the church house door. It is because the JW's and other cults deny the deity of the Lord Jesus that puts them outside of the congregation of God's children.

What about authority? Hmm…where did the Bible come from? Did it fall out of the sky and land on the Jehovah Witness Front porch? Nah, we all know where the Bible came from. We all know who had the authority to set the cannon. The very Bible they read is from the Catholic Church, plus or minus some books. So, on some level, they accept the authority given from Christ to his church. Funny how authority works. Peace.

@@brutus896 actually, Catholicism is just a term to define the characteristics of early Christianity which actually means universality of the Christian faith, the New Testament written by the apostles and others sacred writers was put together and canonized by the early church in 382 in the council of Rome by Pope Damasus I, canonized means recognized and accepted as sacred scripture. So yeah, The scripture is sacred because was inspired by the Holy Spirit, but God used the church to recognize it and canonize it as sacred, even more God gave the church the authority of right interpretation of it.

God did not use the Catholic religion to recognize scripture as sacred. Scripture is the word of God from everlasting to everlasting whether we recognize it or not. Jesus quoted scriptures before Roman catholicism ever existed. And God never gave the Catholic religion the authority to interpret scripture. That job belongs to the holy spirit. The Catholic religion can not interpret scripture that's why so many false teachings within catholicism.

"Jesus quoted scriptures before Roman catholicism ever existed." Yes, he quoted from what became known as the Old Testament, but he isn't remembered to write or quote from the New Testament because they didn't wholly exist yet. The books of the New Testament wouldn't be in the assembled books & letters of the Bible if the Church of Rome never chose, with the Holy Spirit, what is to be considered the Word of God. It's a 'carriage before the horse' difference. To clarify, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.." isn't talking about the Bible. It's talking about Jesus, who isn't the Bible. The Bible only contains a fraction of everything God said over all eternity.

@@brutus896 I agree in few things you have said, however, you got a few things wrong, you need to read the history of the church from a non Protestant perspective. What happened in the year 313 the Christians were given the freedom of religion by the Roman Emperor Constantine, certainly, Constantine supported a lot the early Christians by giving them rights what actually helped Christianity to spread faster, however, that doesn’t mean the Christian religion became pagan. Of course Jesús quoted from the Septuagint (old testament) but I’m referring to the New Testament writings, because in the first 100 years of Christianity there were many more other writings circulating and they were read by Christians in the synagogues, and many disputes about the writings being inspired emerged, of course the word of God is sacred weather is recognized or not, The early church had nothing to do with that, what the church did was to start a recollection from all the writings that had been read by Christians in the synagogues because not all of them were inspired by The Holy Spirit, but only until Damasus l in the lV century ordered this recollection, they were able to ratified what books were inspired and the church regarded them as sacred writings. Just to clarify, the church didn’t inspire the books, God did, but the church recognized them as such. Authority is needed to define things, otherwise, the disagreements in which books were inspired or not would had never end. So this cannon was accepted and read by Christians until the XVl century but only until the protestan reformation happened protestants removed seven books in 1800s. But that’s another topic. We all can interpret scripture but not all will get to the same conclusions, that’s why now days there are thousands of different denominations, ask a Jehovah witness, A Mormon, a Pentecostal or a Anabaptist what is the right interpretation of the Bible and all of them will claim to have the right interpretation, how do you solve this issue? You need a central Christian authority which clearly they don’t have. When it comes to God‘s given authority to the church, read Mt 16:18 & Mt 28:20 Let me know what you think

Even a Christian cannot brush aside the worship of Jehovah as God. In Revelation 1:5 the Son of God called himself "Jesus Christ, 'The Faithful Witness.'" When on earth as a man he was a Jew, an Israelite, to whose nation the words of Isaiah 43:10 were written: "'You are my witnesses,' is the utterance of Jehovah, 'even my servant whom I have chosen.'" Jesus demonstrated that he was a faithful and true witness of Jehovah God. His genuine disciples today must be the same kind of witnesses, Jehovah's.

The 5th and 6th Seal of Revelation. Beth-Sarim! Yes they built a Mansion for the resurrection. But the fifth seal of Revelation says they are to rest a little longer. Lol! The “Jubilee Year” teaching of 1925 appeared later, between 1917-1918. The Watchtower Society thus recalls its interpretation: In a booklet published in that same year, 1920, it was pointed out that if 70 full Jubilees were calculated from what was understood to be the date when Israel entered the Promised Land (...), this could point to the year 1925. (Jehovah’s Witnesses-Proclaimers of God’s Kingdom 1993 p. 632). Luke 12:35 Be dressed and ready and have your lamps burning, 36 and you should be like men waiting for their master to return from the marriage, so when he comes and knocks, they may at once open to him. 37 Happy are those slaves whom the master on coming finds watching! Truly I say to you, he will dress himself for service and have them recline at the table and will come alongside and minister to them. 38 And if he comes in the second watch, even if in the third, and finds them ready, happy are they! 39 But know this, if the householder had known at what hour the thief would come, he would not have let his house be broken into. Did the Faithful Slave pass the second and third watch. 1925 and 1975 are they false dates or prophetic prophecy. The 5th And 6th Seal of Revelation. Revelation 6:5 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls* of those slaughtered because of the word of God and because of the witness they had given. 10 They shouted with a loud voice, saying: “Until when, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, are you refraining from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 And a white robe was given to each of them, and they were told to rest a little while longer, until the number was filled of their fellow slaves and their brothers who were about to be killed as they had been. 12 And I saw when he opened the sixth seal, and a great earthquake occurred; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair,* and the entire moon became as blood, 13 and the stars of heaven fell to the earth as when a fig tree shaken by a high wind drops its unripe figs. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll that is being rolled up, and every mountain and every island was removed from its place. 15 Then the kings of the earth, the high officials, the military commanders, the rich, the strong, every slave, and every free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 And they keep saying to the mountains and to the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” 1925 was the end of the Jubilee's and they thought Armageddon was coming also in 1975 the end of the 6000 years. They didn't know it was the 5th and 6th seal being opened. They built a mansion. But the 5th seal shows they was to rest a little longer. And they did believe the wrath of Jehovah was coming. Read verse 17 of the sixth seal. Luke 12:32 Have no fear, little flock, for your Father has approved of giving you the Kingdom.

Well, I have something in common with Jehovah's Witness. I find pledging allegiance to a flag as textbook idolatry. I find it disturbing to see children being taught to pledge allegiance to an inanimate object--on the daily in most cases. How many Christians pledge aloud their allegiance to Christ on the daily? The very first line of the American Pledge of Allegiance is, "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America". Ask yourself if you would pledge allegiance to a statue of Mary or even Jesus for that matter. You may have read that wrong. You may have thought I said, "ask yourself if you would pledge allegiance to God or a Saint while viewing some symbol of remembrance?" That isn't what I meant. Try asking yourself if the words, "I pledge allegiance to the Statue of Jesus" sounds right. It seems absurd. It is one of those things that is widely permitted without question, but once you begin to ponder it, it becomes a thing of absurdity. The flag worship in the US seems to be a circular mechanism of self worship. We make the flag, the flag represents us, we thank the flag for our freedoms and prosperity, we thank ourselves for our freedoms and prosperity. The flag and the government it represents seems to have usurped God's role in our lives.

Jehovah's Witnesses teach there is no hell but the following proves differently. Jesus Himself Speaks About Hell And How Not To Go There: In Luke 16:19-31 Jesus describes a rich man that lived lavishly and a poor beggar man named Lazarus. It came to pass that Lazarus died and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom. The rich man died, was buried, then went to hell. 23 And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in TORMENT, saw Abraham afar off and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue, for I am tormented IN THIS FLAME. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that you in your lifetime received good things, and likewise Lazarus received evil things, but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you can not, neither can they pass to us, and would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray you therefore father, that you would send him to my father’s house. 28 For I have 5 brothers that he may testify unto them, lest also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham said unto him, They have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay father Abraham, but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.” LOCATION OF HELL: Jesus said in Matthew 12:40, ”For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly, so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the HEART OF THE EARTH.” Paul said in Ephesians 4:9, ”Now that he ascended, was it but that he also DESCENDED into the LOWER PARTS OF THE EARTH.” HELL IS A PLACE OF FIRE: Jesus said in Luke 16:24,”….Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue for I am TORMENTED IN THIS FLAME.” Jesus said in Matthew 13:42,”And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE, there shall be WAILING AND GNASHING OF TEETH.” Jesus said in Matthew 25:41,”Then shall he also say to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, INTO EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels.” Jesus said in Revelation 20:15,”And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.” HELL IS A PLACE OF TORMENT: Jesus said in Luke 16:23,”And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in TORMENT….” 24 …..for I am TORMENTED in this flame.” Jesus said in Revelation 14:11,”And the smoke of their TORMENT ascended up FOR EVER AND EVER, and they have no rest day or night….” Jesus said in Mark 9:45-46,”And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off, it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the FIRE THAT NEVER SHALL BE QUENCHED. 46 Where their WORM DIES NOT, and the fire is not quenched.” Note that it doesn’t say “THE Worm”, it says “THEIR WORM” dies not. Jesus said in Revelation 21:8,”But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whore mongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, which is the second death.” Note that Brimstone is Sulfur and burns with a very strong odor of rotten eggs. The scriptures above prove when a person goes to hell they will constantly see hell, constantly smell hell, constantly feel the heat of hell, will constantly breath hell, will constantly hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth of others in hell, will constantly be aware of their own worms, they will have no rest day or night, there is no way out and it will continue for ever and ever, they can’t die because they are already dead. The following is how to not go there and it is a SIMPLE AND EASY thing to do: All of the book of Acts is what Jesus disciples said what we must to be SAVED - meaning not go to hell, which is repentance, water baptism in Jesus NAME, (Not the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) and being baptized with the Holy Ghost. Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be SAVED, but he that believes not shall be damned." At about that same time He said in Matthew 28:19,"Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not name's) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time they invoked Jesus NAME at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14-18, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Jesus said in John 3:3-7,"Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man BE BORN AGAIN, he can not see the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born of water AND of the Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 7 Marvel not that I say unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." Being born of water is being baptized in water which is for the REMISSION OF SINS - meaning the INITIAL remission of sins and not the confessing of sins later addressed in 1 John 1:9. Being born of the Spirit is being baptized with the Holy Ghost. What being baptized with the Holy Ghost means is addressed in Acts 2:3-4, (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example. Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS." Numbers 23:19, ”God is not a man that he should lie, neither the son of man, that he should repent, has he said and shall he not do it? And shall he not make it good?” Malachi 3:6,”For I am the Lord, I change not...” Hebrews 13:8,”Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” That means there is no reason to think that Jesus will make an exception and save someone that has not been baptized in water in Jesus NAME, and has not been baptized with the Holy Ghost. Some say the thief on the cross next to Jesus was not baptized yet Jesus told him he would be in paradise with him that day. Jesus had not given the COMMANDMENT to be baptized in HIS NAME until after he had risen from the dead and before he ascended into heaven. I can cast some doubt on YHWH being the name of God as it is well known that YHWH was a Sumerian god with a female companion Asherah. Actually I wrote four chapters of a book on this started seven years ago. Never finished as Covid came along and I stopped writing. I can make a pretty good case but I fear how people might react to that. I remember as a JW kid hearing that Jesus was the Archangel Michael. That is ludicrous.

How YHWH - Yahweh became Demonology The Jews called Jesus a Samaritan. Jesus was claiming to be the Son of God. In the English language we have Son - Sun Like the Trinity Gods. This why they said he had a demon in him. Lol John 8:48 In answer the Jews said to him: “Are we not right in saying, ‘You are a Sa·marʹi·tan and have a demon’?” 49 Jesus answered: “I do not have a demon, but I honor my Father, and you dishonor me.

This is what the Samaritans did Sun Worship. Sun, moon, and star worship! 2 Kings 17:27 Then the king of Assyria commanded, saying, “Send there one of the priests whom you brought from there; let him go and dwell there, and let him teach them the rituals of the God of the land.” 28 Then one of the priests whom they had carried away from Samaria came and dwelt in Bethel, and taught them how they should fear the Lord. 29 However every nation continued to make gods of its own, and put them in the shrines on the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in the cities where they dwelt.

No Trinity! YHWH Yahweh! Yahweh is from the Samaritans. John 4:22 Samaritans had their own temple! Within the region of Samaria, in the city of Sychar, was Jacob’s well. This was the location of Jesus’ conversation with the Samaritan woman, who asked, “Are you greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did also his sons and his livestock?” (John 4:12). Later in the conversation, she brought up a centuries-old controversy: “Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem” (verse 20). “This mountain” is a reference to Mount Gerizim in the central Samaritan highlands, the place where the Samaritans had built their own temple, which they considered the true temple of God. John 4:22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, because salvation begins with the Jews.

YHVH Yehovah Jehovah The God of Abraham was not Trinity. The Nations worshiped Trinity God's. Sun Moon and Star Worship. All Ancient Civilizations worshiped the Queen of the Heavens God's! The Wisdom of the Apostle Paul was literally out of this World! Lol! When Zeus and Hermes came down to the Earth. Lol! Acts 14:11 When the crowds saw what Paul had done, they cried out in the Lyc·a·oʹni·an language: “The gods have become like humans and have come down to us!” 12 And they started calling Barʹna·bas Zeus, but Paul Herʹmes, since he was taking the lead in speaking. 13 And the priest of Zeus, whose temple was at the entrance of the city,* brought bulls and garlands to the gates and wanted to offer sacrifices with the crowds. 14 However, when the apostles Barʹna·bas and Paul heard of it, they ripped their garments and leaped out into the crowd and cried out: 15 “Men, why are you doing these things? We too are humans having the same infirmities as you have. And we are declaring the good news to you, for you to turn from these vain things to the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all the things in them. 16 In past generations he permitted all the nations to go on in their ways, 17 although he did not leave himself without witness in that he did good, giving you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying you with food and filling your hearts with gladness.” 18 And yet despite saying these things, they barely restrained the crowds from sacrificing to them.

Why bring up the fact the JW’s forbid books or materials critical of them? There’s no use in criticizing the things they did that mirror what the true Church did to protect the faith. The Catholic Church did the same thing listing prohibited books that were injurious to the the faith of weak Catholic readers. The fault is in guarding lies instead of truth, so just expose the lies promulgated by the Watchtower. Similarly Protestantism still criticizes Catholics for the Inquisition, which was justified in rooting out heresy. Some weak Catholics fall prey to this emotional plea and criticize it with them, not realizing they tacitly endorse the heresy of freedom of religion.

Jehovah is not God's name. The following proves what His name really is. The Following Is Scriptural Proof Who Jesus Really Is And That He Is Much More Than Just The Son Of God. Paul said in Galatians 1:12 that he was not taught by any man but was taught by Jesus himself which means whatever Paul said was what Jesus told him to say. Paul said in 1 Timothy 3:16,"AND WITHOUT CONTROVERSY GREAT IS THE MYSTERY OF GODLINESS, GOD was manifest in the FLESH (Jesus), justified in the SPIRIT, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, and received up into glory." Paul said in 2 Corinthians 3:17,"Now the LORD IS THAT SPIRIT, and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty." Jesus is speaking in Revelation 2:7,"He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says to the churches...." And Paul said in Ephesians 4:4, "For there is one body, ONE SPIRIT....verse 5 ONE LORD, ONE Faith and ONE BAPTISM." Paul said in Colossians 2:8-10,"Beware lest any man fool you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 FOR IN HIM DWELLS ALL THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD BODILY." Jesus is not just part of the Godhead - Jesus IS the Godhead. Paul said in Hebrews 1:8,"But unto the SON he said, Thy throne O GOD is forever and ever...." Jesus said in Revelation 21:6-7,"And he said unto me (John) it is done, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I (Jesus) will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of life freely. 7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his GOD, and he shall be my SON." Paul said in Titus 2:13, "Looking for that blessed hope, and glorious appearance of the great GOD and our SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST." 1 John 5:20,"And we know that the SON of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his SON Jesus Christ, THIS IS THE TRUE GOD, AND ETERNAL LIFE." Isaiah 9:6,"For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son (Jesus) is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER, ..." Jesus said in Revelation 1:8, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, which was, and is to come, THE ALMIGHTY." Jesus said in Revelation 2:7, "He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says unto the Churches....." Jesus said in Mark 16:16, "He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be saved, but he that believes not shall be damned." Jesus addressed what damned means in Luke 16:19-31, Matthew 13:42, Matthew 25:41, Mark 9:45-46, Revelation 20:15, and Revelation 21:8. Jesus said in Matthew 28:19, "Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not names) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Every time Jesus disciples baptized anyone in water they invoked Jesus name at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Peter said in Acts 4:12, "Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is NONE OTHER NAME under heaven given among men whereby we must be SAVED." Some say the thief on the cross next to Jesus was not Baptized yet Jesus told him he would be with him that day in Paradise. Jesus had not yet given the COMMANDMENT to be Baptized in His Name until after he rose from the dead and just before he ascended into heaven. The thief or anyone else could not have been Baptized in His Name because they did not know about it. There is not one scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example. If you are convinced you need to get Baptized in water in Jesus name and get Baptized with the Holy Ghost - which is addressed in Acts 2:4 (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5. Do a search, type in "United Pentecostal Church International", slightly scroll down to just below the red box, and type in your zip code. Then a screen will show a Church nearest you that will do that. If you do the above you will be making SURE your name is written in the Lamb's Book Of Life. Jesus said in John 10:27,"My Sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."

Like in the Gospel of Mark the short and long conclusion was not originally there. The NWT ends at Mark 16:8 Jesus is the Lamb of The God of Abraham YHVH Yehovah Jehovah Mark 16:8 In the Gospel of Mark. If the women tell no one then, Who is ! What each Gospel story is about. The four living creatures! Matthew Who was! Mark Who is! Luke Who is Coming! John The Lamb of YHVH! The four gospels are associated with the four living creatures: Matthew, the man, Mark the lion, Luke the ox, and John the eagle. John has Jesus dying on a different day. It's the Day of Preparation, not the Day of Preparation for Passover. It was the day they prepared the lambs for sacrifice. While at the same time, Jesus is prepared for sacrifice. Jesus is the Lamb of YHVH Yehovah Jehovah a man, a lion, an ox and an eagle. The man symbolises the prophet; the lion, kingship; the ox, priesthood, and the eagle, fatherhood.

Jesus is the Lamb of Jehovah God John 10:11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. Revelation 7:17 because the Lamb, who is in the midst of the throne, will shepherd them and will guide them to springs of waters of life. And God will wipe out every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 17:14 These will battle with the Lamb, but because he is Lord of lords and King of kings, the Lamb will conquer them. Also, those with him who are called and chosen and faithful will do so.” Revelation 19:15...Moreover, he treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16 On his outer garment, yes, on his thigh, he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords. New King James Revelation 21:22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it... 27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
