this is for people that understand or know the 2ndv meaning to the words used. i need a video of the complete process. like lets see the pne work after you reset. this leves me hanging. so not helpful for anyone that went to school before internet began.
A factory reset doesn't delete everything how do you permanently remove everything?

Factory Reset does wipe your phone permanently

Yes it does. Try again. Remember to delete any Google accounts that were registered on the phone. If your phone isn't factory resetting then you still have an email account registered on the phone. Hope this advice helps.

@@hamza-zm6lg galaxy s9 doesn't come with an SD card. It has a slot so you can attach an external SD card, but if you haven't done that you don't have to worry about it
