Hi is there any way to recover data (without backup) after factory reset? I have a Samsung s9 and 'device storage corrupted' error came up asking me to reset to factory setting. Ive tried manually wipe cachet but the error was still there and I couldnt do anything else on my phone. So eventually had to reset back to factory settings. I've lost my photos saved on my device. Do u know if there is anyway to recover them please?? Many thanks

xin hui Cheah no that data is gone unless you had it saved to your google account. Nothing you can really do if you didn’t have your data synced up to your google account

So the factory reset also clear the secure folder too

How do i do a soft reset without losing any data ? Some of my apps takes a long time to open for no apparent reason

I can't find reset in general management.

Got a random virus thing, kept redirecting me to ads( in chrome) nothing that sensitive but still, ON EVERYTHING I was on, discord, youtube, insta, anime site(safe) , or even a game
