My samsung s9 wont pass the "Samsung Galaxy S9 secured by Knox" loggo. it turns off and turn on showing the same loggo. I did what you just showed but my factory restart menu doesnt show it just says "installing system update" it doesnt pass 30% and then says "error". Then it does it all over again. Is there anything else i can try?

You have to watch very carefully at what buttons he pushes. I got it wrong a few times...but got there in the end! 🙂
