I think that was good advice I see your point about single faction grinding. However, I have my triple lock and I have had to do a duel faction grind in order to keep my reputation at a level where my ships were strong enough so I could do my dailies. It’s just worked out that way for me

I just hit double lock 10m at ops 30 and this advice is extremely helpful. I had hit 30m on Romulans and needed to pull it back down to get anything done. 😄

What I did was went duel faction to 8m (feds and Kling) and then focused on lockin Feds then Kling and then tri locked Roms by grinding in Ty Gokor.

Here's what I did . Locked Rom @ 10 mil did federation missions was only 700k so kicked klingon transports till around 6 mil than hit fed explorers for rom daily, and rom survey for fed daily and thru attrition the dailies cancel the negative at associate. All digging the klingon out from the hole. Right now I'm @ 8mil fed and 1 mil klingon and happy with progress while being@ lvl 29

im ops 33, and i deceided to dual lock straight from the beginning, and i still feel that this is the best way to go. The reason i still think so is because of timing. While simultaneously leveling two factions, i reached reputations level that made sense, given my level and what i was working out to unlock. Ex: The saladin shards were made availlable to me two opw lvl before i could build it, just at the right time to start griding those shard and complete said grind at just the right level. This is true for both the factions i chosed. I unlocked items that made sense with the level i was at, at any given time.i dont think ill lock the 3rd faction yet. I like the idea of having a territory that will atttack me when i get on their turf. This auto-griding system offers so many pros, especially given some of the events that pop regularly. Wheter an event asks you do deal dammage to enemies, or to farm FKR reputation, i think ill keep a territory hostile for a while longer.
