The best farming systems for mid 30s are Tigercore (Tygokor) and Boraka. Those two systems alone can get all your three major reputations to the 10 million lock pretty quickly once you have a maxed Sallie / Bortie / Centie with a maxed Chen, T3 Moreau and T1 Pike. Boraka is Warp 50, Tigercore is Warp 53. So if you only have a maxed Legionary, you can start with Boraka (and not needing any warp range bridge crew). For Tigercore, you'll need the Level 28 faction ship though, if you wanna survive more than a few hustles per haul. I remember tri-locking my factions at Ops 28/29 and leaving myself a lot of grinding time for the 30s to do the Stella loop and the Vidar / Franklin / Mantis grind etc. :)

Ended up negative 200kplus on klingon and romulqn was almost 100k positive with kling on then it tanked now I can't get back to positive with either.
I'm dual faction (Rom and Fed). My Klg is -700K. I have all of their mission archived
@Outside Views STFC Hi there, i'm in NYC, question I am 14 and have a Daily to farm level 20 Klingon/Federation ships, is there a place I can farm such ships that won't negatively affect my Faction??? I killed a few Klingons in Klingon space and am already from Neutral to Untrustworthy.. :(

But you can’t prevent loosing reputation somewhere else when you want to build reputation for one
