The car accident one was actually BOTH people's fault. Lamborghini guy tried to speed out the driveway, but almost hit a cyclist, to avoid them, he ended up hitting the woman's car. She got mad, and rear ended him. The dude pulled a duche move and made her look like she was just a crazy Karen. She's now suing him for defamation I think.

Can confirm. New house does not mean no problems. It was literally less the 5 days before we found a slew of issues almost a year later still fighting to get fixed.

You have been entertaining my family for over a decade, so I tip my hat to you. When you said you "feel like" the issues with the house is an ongoing problem, you are very correct my dear sir, very much so unfortunately. When we purchased our current home the paid inspector failed to disclose some rather serious issues which have created ongoing problems and we still have so many repairs that have been left undone, especially because of my illness. I have since cautioned my friends and family in effort to help them avoid falling into a money pit.

Hey for the gate you’re best off getting a quote for someone else to come do the work and threaten to backcharge the cost to the builder/property manager, this usually gets them to move a lot quicker :) Sincerely from a project engineer.

In my town in Scotland alot of the flats (apartments) are covered in scaffolding because they're updating the fire safety thingymagigs. Looks shite but yknow. Fire

This brings me back to my lovely trip to France in 2018. We went to Paris to see the scaffolding, then to Chartres to see the scaffolding, then up into the Normandy countryside, disappointing lack of scaffolding up there, but then we went back down to Versailles to see more scaffolding! 😍

The hatred Felix has for scaffolding is amazing 😂

Pewdiepie should really put Ken in the thumbnail of the videos when he’s there because I often see them in my recommended, but don’t watch them until I have nothing else to do. But when I see Ken, I always click because I watch and enjoy every of the collabs so it would be really cool and helpful

16:10 i grew up with it, so obviously it makes sense to me. But I saw someone once comment that if you think of Fahrenheit as a percentage, it makes more sense. And it really does. 50 degrees? Yea that's middle weather. Wear a jacket. 30 degrees? Getting pretty cold. Ice n stuff. 0 degrees? Ish is cold. Make sure you're car starts like 30 minutes before you try to drive it. -20? Power outages, frostbite, blankets everywhere. 80 degrees? You're sweating. 100 degrees? You're gonna overheat fast. Drink water. 120? Probably just don't leave your house.

Well, that would be "nice" if that were all that went on. The companies all got together to discuss how to make the filament it's thinnest and hottest, so the bulbs would burn out quickly and people would have to buy more. They didn't want anyone making a light bulb that was good enough to make anyone else look cheap. It's called planned obsolescence and profiteering. Nothing but corruption/collusion and scum today in high places. Some of the original light bulbs ever made are still burning today in train depots and the like. What does that tell you about your few month or 1 year bulb? LOL!

It really could work, because Pewds finds so many inconveniences in his life that they could easily make 2h long episodes lol and once Ken starts to pronounce things differently then it would go on even longer. The BroKen Podcast needs to make a comeback!

At 24:00 clip. Theres a extra video of her at a traffic light and he did side swipe her and kept going.. then she followed him and rammed into the back of his car.. he really gas lit her in that one.
