F650CS My First Service
This is my initial service of this bike since purchasing it used a couple of weeks ago. This is a LONG video and not really well edited. I typically don't like long videos but since this was my first time working on it and there was a lot of info there along with my thoughts as I went along, I decided to leave it mostly unedited. I did put in topics and timestamps in case you would like to skip to certain topics. Please forgive the umms, miss speaks and bad camera angles as I was getting used to the GoPro head band and poor lighting at times.

Thank you for producing this informative vid. It helps in details to do things on my CS myself. 😉
Grateful to see how the plastics, plugs and crankcase vent tube are attached. This will prevent things from being broken first time I have to do it, which may be when I am looking at one to buy.
Correct spark plug gap is .6mm to .7mm ( .023 to .027 inches ) Haynes Manual
Crack. Thanks
I forgot to plug in the little drain dongle!!! lol great video man, nice bike. Could you elaborate on the surging? what is surging and what is the correct fuel? i tried 93 octane and it didnt seem to like that, gave it a small tick, which went away when i went back to 91 octane (which i hope is the right fuel) oh and i realize now i only know the correct starting procedure thanks to your other video on it! you rock!
Thanks for sharing! Just a question, when I put the 1st and 2nd gear, there is a loud noise. Is it possible that the clutch should be changed? Do you have the same noise in your bike? Regards!
