remember he became 3rd in japan 2012 and also he got 3rd posiotion in belgium, spa (which is said to be a drivers track) in a sauber !

it's sadly in the nature of the sport. there are so many drivers on the grid could be in lets say bottas' position at the very least if they just happened to land in a good seat to "prove themselves" and there just arent many enough in F1 to give everyone a chance.

how did he get DRS on the main straight? isn't it disabled when it rains?

It would be dope if Mclaren Honda gave him a seat next season. Their engine is still not quite there, but it would be an upgrade to a Caterham. I bet Honda would also be fond of a Japanese driver.

TheTripol I think even the 2015 Honda was on a whole different level than the Caterham in 2014. Just look at Kamui fighting the car all the time. The 2015 spe Honda had a shit engine, but a goof chassis.

First of all the rule was valid in 2011 and this is 2014. In fact, he's using DRS in the appropriate zones. Second of all I'm referring to the treacherous weather.

Is he allowed to use DRS on these conditions?...

Du hast recht, da war ich wohl zu unaufmerksam. Aber normal haben es die Stewards immer anders gehalten, deswegen hab ich mal fälschlicherweise nein gesagt. Mich wundert nur, das unser englischsprachiger Kollege hier offensichtlich weiß, was es mit DRS auf sich hat, aber nicht, wie er das überprüfen kann. Merkwürdig...
