That's the 2003 Ferrari engine Sauber is using, what a one-of-a-kind deal that was!
No. It's the same engine of the works team, as for 2004 rules that force the engines to last an entire GP.
Your correct Sauber from 97-05 used the previous seasons Ferrari unit badged as a Petronas unit.
