Extremely Rusty Electric Stove Restoration.
In this video I restore a very old electric stove. I found this stove some time ago. I thought this stove should be restored so I started restoring this stove.
To restore the stove, I started by removing the hard mud on the stove. After removing all the dirt from the stove I used a wire brush to remove loose rust from the stove. I then began to disassemble the stove. After disassembling the stove I started the electrolysis process on the stove to remove all the rust. All the rust has been removed from the stove. And after that I started painting the top of the stove. On the top of the stove I did the filling with steel putty, and painted it matte black.
Now I started working on the bottom of the stove. The lower part of the stove has weakened due to heavy rusting. This part is heavily corroded and the iron is pitted, I applied Magic Depoxi filling to fill the holes.
And then white painted the bottom of the stove.
After that I started the restoration of the stove grill.Previously the rust was removed from the grill by an electrolysis process.Then cleaned the grill with a wire brush on the angel grinder.
After restoring all the parts of the stove, the stove was assembled.
I had a lot of enjoy restoring the stove and I'm glad the stove turned out with a good result.

Думаю перед реставрацией их специально закапывают в землю, для придания действию более драматического вида. Это конечно не отменяет проделанной работы... Хотя решётку можно было и выровнять.

Я нашел эту печь в подземелье. Решетка спроектирована таким образом, что ее не нужно выравнивать.

Most of these channels choose something in normal condition that they know they can fix, bury it for a week or two, and then dig it up and call it a restoration.

Was it buried under ground or something?:D Damn.With all that dirt I wasn't even sure what I'm looking at. It's incredible that you managed to put it into not only recognisable, but also working condition. Truly amazing you are.

Вот зачем вы сначало нормальные вещи мажете грязью, а потом якобы их реставрируете?!
No front und ich weiß nicht, wie lange hier schon Restaurationserfahrung oder Ausrüstung vorliegt, aber es gibt schon bessere Restaurationsvideos. 1.) Metalle bitte ordentlich zurückbiegen, ggf. noch härten. 2.) Nicht aufeinmal anfangen, Schritte zu zu sehr zu skippen. 3.) Wenn gespachtel wird, dann bitte etwas ordentlicher (ggf. nach dem Schleifen erneut letzte Unebenheiten, Risse, Lücken etc. nachspachteln) und vor allem vollumfänglicher spachteln. Die Unterseiten/Außenseiten mögen ja relativ gut sein, aber die Innenseiten sehen leider noch sehr unsauber aus. 4.) Auch wenn neu angesprayt, so sieht man durch das unsaubere Spachteln leider zu viele unsaubere Arbeiten in Bezug auf 3.). 5.) Besser nach den ersten sprayen, nochmal fein schleifen und erneut einsprayen. Wenn möglich wäre Pulverbeschichtung hier noch schöner gewesen. 6.) Bei größeren Metallteilen oder Metallteilen mit vielen Winkeln oder bei dem Stein wäre Sandstrahlen noch fein gewesen. Man sieht einfach sowohl am Stein als auch am Gitter noch zu viele Gebrauchtspuren. Den Stein hätte man auch noch mit Ölen behandeln können, um ihn farblich einheitlicher zu machen. 7.) Metalle kann man ruhig auch noch auf Hochglanz polieren. Gut fand ich, dass man Kleinteile wie Schrauben mit der Dreh- und Schleiftechnik wieder richtig wiederhergestellt hat.

I have no idea or intention to find out what the patent date was for this old electric stove. Especially with all of that caked-on rust and dirt distorted it. 🫠
