Hannibal Barca China is really big. China have 56 ethnic groups. They have different culture and different Chinese cuisine (best known are Cantonese cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine and Sichuan cuisine). Many traditional Chinese food have its own history and story because they come from long long time ago. Hope all people can enjoy those cultural heritage.

Trevor, time and time again, you take us along on such an incredible journey for some of the best foods in the world! You really are the food ranger! It was amazing to see how these ducks were dried, smoked, and cooked! I've never seen anything like it and it definitely was something you'd never see on TV. Not for lack of quality or entertainment, but because these kinds of places are so hidden that it takes a true food expert to find them! When I've been to Canada everyone was warm and welcoming just like Trevor especially to New Zealanders like me. There is the knowledge that New Zealanders are like Canadians and Australians are like Americans. That has been my experience as well.

One of my favorite things I've learned from you is the direct Chinese translation (from Mandarin I assume) "can you accept this?" So I laughed​ out loud when the gent who was running the duck smoker asked you "can you accept this?" Hell, yeah! Duck is my favorite, and this was awesome... love seeing you happy.
