Everytime you hear someone getting a car or Truck fixed for a No Start condition has always been sold a Battery 1st, then a Starter 2nd and then they toss in an Alternator ..
But did you explain it right? Did they ask you these 2 Important Questions before hand is the Problem.
You don't need to know about cars but you do need to tell them some very important details.
Had 1 person say the car stalled, won't start till you wait 15 minutes. question to them was did it crank or not? they repeated it started..but after 15 minutes..repeat and rinse, did it crank before the 15 minutes..finally they said yes it cranked..so you know its not a battery or starter..it ended up as a fuel pump relay..it was not getting fuel.
