In this video we take a look at a experimental American light tank in War Thunder, the HSTV-L.
The HSTV-L currently sits at battle rating 11.0 in rank VII of the American ground forces tech tree and is the current pinnacle of the light tank line. This light tank is a great addition to a already well formed line-up for USA top tier as it adds a small little package that can zip around the battlefield and pack a punch.
This vehicle is particularly good in ambush positions as it can unload a quickfire 75mm gun onto its targets sides and rears and overwhelm them before they get a chance to respond. It has a decent APFSDS round with 276mm of penetration and a reload rate of 1.5 seconds.
Overall this vehicle is definitely worth the grind and is capable of taking on every vehicle the enemy can throw at you when played smartly.
