The sun is shining everyday, just wonderful. I always love Indonesia, I have been in that country 17 times, only for my health, I would go back many times more. ❤ Indonesia.

Grazie per aver visitato Semarang, la capitale della provincia indonesiana di Giava Centrale. I wish we had a stronger hygiene standard in Indonesia like in neighboring countries like Singapore, with an obligation for all vendors to wear gloves when handling food if you want to score a higher in their Basic Food Hygiene course in order to get their certificate. To those who like to argue that you don’t wear gloves either when cooking at home, it’s obviously different. Food vendors have to handle different things like money, equipment, and surfaces that are not necessarily clean. Org kt sering bgt ngetawain ‘prindapan’ padahal sendirinya sebelas-duabelas joroknya sm mrk. Bersaing ketat. Klo mau saingannya negara2 yg terkenal akan kulinernya ya hrs mawas diri, kecuali emg mau tetap terkebelakang ya silakan aja.

What an excellent video... Congratulations.. i found it very hearty with a wonderful cullinary selection. You always have the nice personality that makes the local sellers feel comfortable in interacting with you. Always curious with kepala manyung. Apparently you tried it first, and yes.. the whole combo with cassava leaves definitely look super delicious and would take you off from earth to another planet.😂 I also have a similar memory, back as a kid. My late grandmother sometimes would cook a big kettle of soup consisting of carrot, potato, and small sliced beef with some celery leaves for the whole family. The spoon with nasi goreng + tripe + egg = the ultimate dinner bite

Indonesian National Food Dishes Nasi Goreng (“fried rice“) made with kecap manis, shrimp paste, garlic, shallots, tamarind, and chil Sate Ayam (chicken) seasoned, skewered, and grilled chicken meat served with a sauce. Best is Madura variation Sate Padang is a beef satay served with a thick yellow-brown sauce1 Ayam Goreng (fried/grilled chicken) isrubbed in a spice mixture made from a multitude of ingredients like garlic, shallots, turmeric, lemongrass, bay leaves, and galangal before being deep-fried. Ayam goreng Menado (north sulawesi island town) was once named as best ever fried chicken by top world chefs many years ago. Gado-Gado = salad made with slightly boiled, blanched, or steamed vegetables served with a peanut sauce dressing and with hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, bean sprouts, tofu, tempeh (cooked fermented soybean caklet) and krupuk ( cracker made from starch or animal skin) Soto soups made with meat and vegetables, each region with own variation Sop buntut is a delicious and hearty oxtail soup Rujak is a traditional Javanese fruit and vegetable salad dish y made with sliced fresh fruits and vegetables served with a spicy sugar palm dressing. Rujak tastes tangy, sweet, and spicy thanks to the dressing made from ground chilli, palm sugar, shrimp paste, and peanuts. Rendang, a meat dish made with beef or others which is slow-cooked for several hours in coconut milk and spices until it becomes tender. Bakso - Indonesian springier meatball made from finely ground beef mixed with a small amount of tapioca flour and salt.
