Looking good doesn't mean it tastes good. It's more like industrial production and too much ketup Manis... I prefer small portions and not too sweet. After 22 years living in Indonesia I know many places of good food. I love the Medan noodles and noodles soups....

@@randymuwardani1599 im from malaysia and i always wondered if the rice would get mushy or soggy if they cook it in a big batch like that. Think the texture will be closer to nasi beriyani. Like u said, i like my nasi goreng to be cook individually so u can get that smoky flavor from the high heat of the wok.

Can tell this fried rice does not have the flavor of the wok, just too big of a batch at once. Maybe I'm used to chinese style fried rice, this does looks like it's very spiced filled so maybe it;'s a different kind.

It already use lot of spices and probably will be a little on spicy side since it’s Medan (I’m guessing that red spice is Padang sambal style). It’s different from Chinese tossing style fried rice, yeah. Indonesian don’t joke about spicy too lol. For comparison, if you say Korean food are spicy, wait until trying Indonesia kind of spicy lol😂

Yes. It isn't "fried" enough and spice is diluted and tastes like mildy flavoured boiled rice. The best fried rice is always made in small batches.

Not really, if you requested for not spicy. Fried rice is like a rice with boom flavour and smokey, umami.

Repot, makan di hotel/resto aja kalo nyari begituan. Tuh abang nya juga udah cuci tangan kalo mau masak

Tpi gw heran dri ujung cianjur sampe ujung sukabumi nasi goreng nya sma semua model nya, cuma rasa ada yg kadang2 beda dikit, tpi dri segi lain sama semua!!! Beda di kaltim tempat sy, nasi goreng nya beda tempat beda model dan beda rasa trus farian2 lain nya!!!
