The most useful information I've found on KZread - simple, easy to follow exercises, with detailed information on what I'm aiming for. After only two days my legs are no longer tingling and feeling numb. Thank you.

I have Spinal Stenosis and have had for some years. When I have physio either from the ball of my foot if someone massages and presses the finger the pain goes from my foot all the way up my leg it's extremely painful or they press with their finger from the bottom of the spine and it goes in the opposite direction. It is painful. It is like have cardboard I tend to stretch with my foot over the knee to move the muscles. Interesting video.

Excellent info. Walking became really painful but the tummy pull (3:23) helped after one go! Naturally I continued with it and others until it got better (few days). Thanks Sammy Margo 🙏

Good common sense exercises. Explained very well about the gapping. Will definitely use these exercises even after sciatica hopefully eases.😊

Nice, but it would be good to explain what is meant by "gapping" the joints.

These exercises have really had a relieving effect for me. I have recently had both hips replaced and the muscles in my lower back and piriformis muscle area have given me discomfort. This is wonderful information.

Thank you for this. With fibro and lower back problems, it's easy to cause problems. I didn’t have anyone to help me move my sofa so do it myself. Following day, major sharp pain through groin ( right-side), and trapped nerve front and back. Using ice pack for past 4 days but nothing is easing. Meant to be dog-sitting tomorrow but now it doesn't look likely. Should I alternate with hot and cold pack?

Hello thank you for all your videos they have helped me a lot! I was diagnosed with a 4mm broad based central posterior disc protrusion (among other thing). Could something like that, create problem in both my feet numbness and pins and needles? I was told disc problems only affect one leg at a time I would love an answer from you, Thank you very much!

benten825 I've had accute sciatica and two hermiated discs on bottom left for twelve years now and I've been off with a chronic flair up for four months now, I'm losing faith with it all now. I'm waiting for the dreaded injections in two weeks hopefully this may help with the horrific pain. Hope you can get some ease as well as I understand the pain is awful

And when you pull your sciatica muscle back into full, it may irritate the nerve for three or four day's with more e,m,s'ing to area, pluss the e,m,s should be on build muscle setting.

Thank you. In this video you said spinal stenosis is a form of sciatica and this simple exercise is appropriate for this problem. Can you advise whether this exercise is also appropriate for other forms of spinal stenosis, for example, cervical or lumbar stenosis.

So when you pull your sciatica muscle into filled out using an E,M,S, you may find that you feel like your walking sidewards for few day's, an E,M,S is a cure the power of the muscle being moved forcable mean's no reacurance of pain, nothing ever again, the best purchase i've ever made was buying my E,M,S's they have gave me back life, instead of being hoffled in bed.
