Exercises for Rhomboid pain
Do you slouch and experience pain in your upper back? This could be caused by a weakness or an imbalance in your Rhomboids. Your rhomboid muscle is located in the upper back. This muscle connects the shoulder blades to your rib cage and your spine. This muscle is a key component to having good posture.
SNU Trainer Jason talks about strengthening your Rhomboids to help get rid of this pain and to fix your posture. Although they are great, stop depending on stretching and foam rolling to fix this issue. You may just need a little strengthing.

The most effective one for me was one side of the shoulder to the wall and reach the other side round, I couldn’t even complete it due to my right shoulder. Thanks for you help mate

Great Video, I assume these exercise would also help me as I suffer from myofascial trigger point issues (clinically diagnosed). Its due to poor posture at my work desk all day and causes dizziness and headaches behind the eyes. I have been searching for solutions so as to include in my work out routine.

Got to get to the root of the problem!! From much gaming and inactivity my posture has been weak and when forcing it and doing sporadic workouts I will get sore for well over a week. So I’m gonna take it slower and incorporate this light stretch exercise rather than explosive heavy weights off the bat.

Just found out that the last arm kick in the rowing machine works wonderfully to target the area. And one can alternate with a higher pull back vs lower.

Hi man. That stretch is a doozey! Felt it all around the tight side. These 2 is my new go to! Just started takin hi dose DHA/EPA fish oil for fibro. Can you recommend any other vits/sups. Really appreciate it. Great stuff. Cheers!
It is important to understand what happen with muscle. Ramboids usually get lengthening. If only stech it get more inflamed understanding antagonist muscles

Can the kettlebell exercise be done with resistance bands?
With Rhomboid pain, I have scapular pain as well, along with neck stiffness and mild numbness in left arm, can I still do these stretches?

Should you wait for the strain to go before exercising with weight i.e the kettle bell row?

@@joeybatto2543 U might want to get it checked out at hospital. I finally couldn’t live with the pain any longer & went to the ER after doing unsuccessful roid therapy. They couldn’t find anything wrong with my back but found gastric cancer. Usually gastric cancer is not found unless it is stage 4 so I am super lucky that I went to ER

@@ben2366 yo my g i went to the hospital yestersay everythin seemed fine my doc just told me tp get a new bed cuz me sleeping uncomfortably can make my back pain hurt so badd and ye i got it all checked went to a physical therapist and got the pain removed finally
