This is fantastic. I've started a lifting program where the first exercise is the deadlift and I struggle with mobility. Tried this today off two steps and it's perfect. Thank you so much!

First off THANK YOU FOR THIS. I’m currently taking the black widow workout challenge and do not have large weights available to me because I’m working from my home.... I am grateful to trainers who actually want to make fitness available to everyone!!

Thank you for this. The gym I'm working out at doesnt have a trap bar, so this is a really great alternative for me

Thank you so much. The trap bar at my gym is impossible for me even without added weight, and they always add weight to it. I’m tired of that humiliation in the cross training class. Now I know to reach for dumbbells when it’s my turn to use the trap bar. I appreciate your clear instructions!

0:52 probably better to bring inner ankles and knees close together, keep back straight, squat down, bring dumbells as close to body as possible, then hoist
